What are the laws in TN regarding mimicry of police vehicles by private security firms? While I was out today I spotted a vehicle that very obviously was made to as closely resemble an MPD crusier as is possible without putting blue lights or the word police on it. The only real differences I was able to tell between the security car and a real MPD cruiser was that it had a different color rack and that anywhere an MPD cruiser would have "POLICE" printed was substituted with "PATROL". It would be extremely easy to mistake this car for an actual MPD cruiser.

This. I banked with BofA for several years. I left for many of the same complaints made about Regions regarding structuring deposits and drafts to manufacture overdraft fees. BofA was so bad about that they recently settled a class action lawsuit on that very subject. I too switched to a credit union and haven't had any problems since.

We, as 2A supporters, should be courting folks in the LGBT community and other traditionally liberal groups as they have access to and the ears of politicians whom we normally wouldn't. I don't care who you are or what you do, if you desire the access and ability to have a firearm to legally protect yourself from the illegal actions of another, I stand with you in that. I don't care if it is some thug trying to steal from you or some asshat trying to assault you because you are gay, if you want to carry a gun and have the ability to put them down like a rabid dog, I'm behind that.

I'm of the opinion that prohibition doesn't work. All prohibition accomplishes is billions wasted on interdiction efforts and prisons while allowing a lot of unsavory people who engage in the illicit narcotics trade the ability to make a lot of money.
