The ATF and FBI are very good at this, in fact you might say those are their specialties. When folks run afoul of either organization and situations might get embarrassing, those folks tend to end up dead.

Bingo. We are in no way "the patron state of shooting stuff". Our guns laws while less restrictive than California or Illinois, show that the state recognizes gun carry as a right in exactly the same way as those two states, it doesn't. The only difference is that for $115 you can purchase the privilege.

I've used the Intruder with both my current EDC (M&P9c) and my former EDC (1911) and I the design works for me. I replaced the original clips with some metal ones that I picked up at Tandy. they are much lower profile. The stock clips are the only part of the holster that I found lacking.

This is one instance however where time and evidence have shown that the LE agencies were in the wrong. It wasn't even really the US Marshall's fault, they were handed a bum case by the ATF. That being said, Degan wasn't murdered by Harris, but killed in self defense.
