Horizontal shoulder holster options

That's the hope, Mike. Hell, my wife had never even been around a gun before and didn't like them before I first put one in her hand. Now she has her permit. I think she is about to steal my LCP from me too, lol. That's ok, it will be an excuse to get that j frame like I have been wanting.

SC Justice Kagan stated that she had never hunted prior to joining the court. SC Justice Scalia is the one who introduced her to the sport.

Huh, you can keep them in binders now? Ain't that something. To think, I've been keeping them chained up in the basement all this time.

Watched the first episode, haven't seen the second yet. Will watch it in the next day or so on Hulu. Liking the show so far.

Tapatalk jacked up my edit. Will post the corrected text later. Out of time to debate at the moment.

Of all the parties you mentioned, only 2 meet the criteria I mentioned of being on enough state ballots to be able to numerically win enough electoral votes to win the election. Those two parties are the Libertarian and Green parties.

Our fathers and grandfathers understood the concept of total warfare. We seem to have forgotten that the purpose of war is to make the other side bleed enough that they stop or the people force their government to stop. If a government is the representation of its people, then the people are responsible for the actions of that government. If the government has gained power by illegitimate means and is acting contrary to the wishes of its people, the people are still responsible if they grant their approval by failing to take action to the contrary.

Hamburg. Dresden. Nagasaki. Hiroshima.

We've been over this a bunch of times before, it is no longer enough for me to vote against someone. I have to be voting FOR a candidate. I cannot, in good conscience, vote for Romney. There is a better candidate on the ballot and he will receive my vote. I reject as false your assertion that any vote not for Romney is a vote for Obama.

If you are saying that the election is really no more than just entertainment for the masses without a real possibility of changing the downward direction of our country (a position that does bear consideration), then that analogy holds up. Otherwise, not so much. If a candidate is on enough state ballots to numerically win the election, they should be included in the debates, period. This is about the governance of our nation, not a late night talk show. On a personal note, you seem to be taking it awfully personally that a few of us think your guy is a total bag of dishonest #### whom cannot be trusted. Relax, it is just politics, we're ####ed either way. No sense getting too upset about it.

This, this, eleventy bajillion times this. You screw with us, we lay waste to everything in your country in a manner that makes Sherman's March look like a Sunday afternoon round of golf. Then we go home and you clean up the mess you made.

Yes, even if they don't show in the polls. The reasoning begin that being having them in a debate with the R and the D gives a clearer picture of the other choices and shows how little difference there really is between the R and D. Both the Libertarian and Green parties would pull significant numbers away from the R&D if given equal access in what is now a rigged debate structure controlled by the R&D parties.
-
The only reason Perot was able to get the amount of attention he did was because he was allowed into the debates. The CPD was formed afterwards by the R & D to fix that problem. Any candidate who is on enough state ballots to numerically win the election should be included in the debates.

The data on the width of the 238 counts the protrusions of the slide stop and safety. It makes it seem that it is wider than it really is. The slide width is .755" and the max grip width is .94". That slims it down quite a bit when stowing it in the pocket.
-
They are very nearly the same size. The 238 is a far, far superior gun. Of course, what do you expect from what is basically a 1911 that was shrunk down like an all cotton t shirt in the dyer.

Trade it in on a J frame and then install the Apex spring kit for J frames. That is what I have decided to do.

Hi again everybody! Got an S&W M&P .40 for my birthday. Yay!

I remember you from before. Welcome back! -
Agreed. Plus, if you were even a passing fan of Springsteen and were unaware of his politics, you weren't paying attention. He doesn't hide them. He'll, he asked the Reagan campaign to stop using "Born in the USA" at their rallies.

That's Danny Baker. He does the voice of Early Cuyler on "Squidbillies" and is also a musician/performer under the name of Unknown Hinson. Funny, funny dude. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OYFhd5AL6dw

I like the Desantis Intruder for my 9c. As a general rule, I do tend to prefer the hybrid style holster as they provide me with the most comfort.

Anyone here running the Apex Forward Set Sear on their M&P?
Chucktshoes replied to TGO David's topic in Handguns
If it gives you any idea, when I took the armorers course, they provided us a toolkit. The kit had a little plastic mallet and a ball peen hammer. That's the hammer I tend to use most often on my M&P. A friend of mine who is a gunsmith (currently working a contract in Kuwait) laughs about folks trying to be gentle when it comes to hammering on the guns. He makes a valid point that they withstand quite a powerful explosion every time the trigger is pulled, don't be afraid to whack it hard enough to get the job done. -

Chucktshoes replied to TGO David's topic in Handguns
You shouldn't worry so much about having to hit the gun so hard with a hammer. As long as you hit it in the right spot, that's what matters. -
The mag disconnect can be added to the sear block. It would take a couple dollars in parts and about 15 minutes, maybe a few more depending on how fat your fingers are.

I think you just watched a shark being jumped.
