I don't even have to wonder. The Shelby County Sheriff is nothing more than an administrator and politician. He is just as worthless as the last one. He will never make this list because he will never take a stand for the citizens of this county if it has the slightest possibility of jepordizing his position or his budget.

Both are shining examples of the destruction wrought by Johnson's Great Society. Poor, urban populations with family structures dismantled by social welfare programs that push fathers out of the home and promote single parent households. Child rearing is then increasingly taken over by social workers and educators ill equipped for the job. What is left is a dependent class easily manipulated and controlled by their self appointed betters. The men having been rendered redundant in the family are pushed out and are increasingly violent as they were never taught how to manage, control and channel that natural male aggression towards productive means by their absent fathers. They then create and abandon the next generation. Never teaching their progeny what they themselves were never taught. The cycle repeats. This is what was first tested amongst inner city blacks, and is now being rolled out to the rest of us. Welcome to our future.

While certain individuals may not actively share in the collective guilt, we are working with broad strokes here. Chicago had that ban in place fore over 30 years. The majority of the country voted for Obama. The majority of this country has voted for big government statists for over a century. As an individual, I may not be guilty of voting for Obama but as a citizen of the US, I'm gonna get what's coming to all of us.

That's they way it works. If it didn't, the the hell being created for all of us by the statists in Washington wouldn't affect me as I didn't vote for Obama or Romney. Sadly life isn't fair, just predictable. Absolutely not. At least not until all of the unconstitutional gun laws they enforce disappear first. If the BATFE went away, which agency would take over the job? Most likely the FBI. For all of the incompetence that the BATFE shows in doing its job, look what happens when they bring in the Fibbies to clean up their messes. The Fibbies have a much longer and more storied history of skulduggery, underhandedness, and killing people if it served their purpose better than capture. Waco and Ruby Ridge were both BATFE fuckups that the Fibbies finished off. I'll take the BATFE's incompetence at enforcement over the Fibbies competence at murder any day of the week.

Several of the big trainers I pay attention to have adjusted their class rules to allow for use of .22 in classes along with reduced total round counts. Some of them have even adjusted their class prices for near term classes. I would say the training industry is either already feeling the pinch or being proactive to minimize the bite. Regardless, it is already affecting the business model.

The vast majority of child molesters self identify as heterosexual and have adult relationships with women. I was under the impression that the PDW designation was used on AR pistol length barrel setups. IIRC, they are used for those inside vehicles. Like truck drivers who may have to deploy the weapon while still inside the cab. Think SBR with a sub-10" barrel.

All the really good ones just end up as asterisks.
