  1. Yes. Oakland is the full service location for Fayette county. Edited to add, just beaten to the punch.
  2. "All animals are equal. Some animals are more equal than others."
  3. Public safety doesn't even come in second. Every single time these cameras have been studied by outside entities they have been shown to increase the number of accidents at their locations. They are strictly a matter of revenue generation.
  4. Looks like she is down to get bent in ways that would make Gumby blush. And I'm just the man to do it.
  5. Mine is up in February of next year and I am planning on going lifetime simply for the pain in the ass factor. The less time I have to spend dealing with the folks at the DMV, the better off I life is.
  6. It certainly fits. Also, both of the posted images are of Miss Grewcock.
  7. Damn it. I have a sinking feeling that I'll be walking back my earlier statement. Don't nobody start making any eyes at #10.
  8. I'm really liking the looks of this thing. Crap.
  9. I have no interest in otf knives.
  10. I just hope someone decent buys the Colt name, but I expect it to end up as a Freedom Group brand or worse.
  11. I got nothing. The vagaries inherent in the TN code make this so it could go either way in my eyes.
  12. This is my shocked face. :|
  13. Imgur is the easiest and most straightforward method that I've found. Especially if for primarily mobile usage.
  14. St. Paul, Minnesota-based Gander Mountain Co. is currently in the process of filing for bankruptcy. The company is working with a financial advisory firm, Lighthouse Management Group, to file bankruptcy as early as this month. The financial decision comes after Gander Mountain attempted an aggressive expansion of its stores but failed to attract new customers. To date, the sporting goods chain has roughly 160 stores, 60 of which have opened since 2012. According to a Reuters report, Gander Mountain took out substantial loans: The company released a statement, explaining their financial hardships to consumers and employees: This announcement follows the closing of Sports Chalet, Sports Authority and Bass Pro’s purchase of Cabela’s. https://bearingarms.com/beth-b/2017/02/16/national-sporting-goods-store-is-going-under/
  15. I'm only half joking. Let's be honest, early retirement says to me that Lee is of a reasonably young age (40s-50s) and has some means. Throw in an English accent and finding a wife (even one who is flexible on the vows of fidelity if that's one's desire) shouldn't be much problem at all.
  16. It sounds like the website with a solution to his problem is Match.com.
  17. As soon as you tie any right to the US or any State constitution, you lose. Rights are not gifts of government, any government. Rights are the sole property (inasmuch as an intangible can be 'property') of the people as individuals and any form of government can only legitimately be ceded powers to act on behalf of those people to protect their rights. The government does not possess any rights that are not the people's first and revocable at any time.
  18. This is how the conversation goes when the subject is brought up with loss prevention. "Company policy prohibits keeping firearms in the truck, but nobody here is going to search your truck. Let me repeat that, NOBODY here is going to search your truck."
  19. To those praising the apolitical nature of Lady Gaga's halftime performance, I wouldn't be so quick to come to that conclusion. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/morning-mix/wp/2017/02/06/if-you-thought-lady-gagas-halftime-show-was-apolitical-consider-the-origin-of-this-land-is-your-land/?tid=sm_fb
  20. I didn't watch the game but It sounds like the Pats channeled their inner Aaron Hernandez for the second half, eh?
  21. You get out of here with that understanding of basic economic principles!
  22. I'm not a sports fan, but I am a Pam fan.
