  1. This seems like an opportune time to reiterate that nuclear proliferation is simply a market response to U.S. foreign policy. If I was in leadership of any nation state that was not interested in being a ally/syncophant of the U.S., I would aggressively be pursuing a nuke program. It's the best way to keep the U.S. from ####ing with you if you have conflicting goals.
  2. I generally don't care about sportsball, but the depths being plumbed by UT this season puts a hell of a smile on my face. Go Memphis Tigers! Also, keep y'all's filthy hands off our coach.
  3. And a lot of the 700 actions that folks are building custom guns on aren't even made by Remington. Instead they're made by third party folks putting out the quality and features that Remington either can't or won't. At this point Remington has something more akin to inertia, not true market share. Ask Colt how well that works out.
  4. At least the Hi-Point will work
  5. It would surprise me to NOT see this happen.
  6. Still pondering that myself.
  7. M&P 2.0 compact.
  8. This. As someone who travels through Idaho on the reg for work, I wonder this same thing.
  9. I'm kind of surprised you haven't built your own. Sure, you can't get the components for the latest generation tech, but the components are out there.
  10. I was fortunate. My wife was just fine with me staying out of the way. I told her that my job was to show up, and I did.
  11. The buttstock on this model is just for looks. It is non-functioning permanently affixed in the closed position.
  12. Need some advice. So, I don't know bourbons as I am not fond of them. My fleet manager does drink them. I'm looking for a higher end, $100-200 a fifth bourbon as a Christmas gift for him. What should I get him?
  13. Finally got around to picking her up. Also, while I was gallivanting across the country the seller found a few more mags so 5 multiplied into 12.
  14. He will be close to Memphis. Which considering he is from Pittsburgh and his wife is from the Chicagoland area should make them feel right at home. But seriously, those are not reasonable requests to match up with that price range in the state.
  15. Lot of truth here. To me it looks like they took the takedown lever of of the M&P and slapped it on an SD9ve with a stretched out trigger guard.
  16. That's no bueno.
  17. Alrighty then.
  18. Could've been a lot worse. https://jalopnik.com/under-no-circumstances-is-watching-this-cop-car-hit-a-d-1819920472/amp

  20. Drats! Ya beat me to it.
  21. Nothing about that makes any sense to me.
  22. My first carry gun was a 1911 with no extras. It's served me well, and I'm sure yours will serve you well.
  23. Well, would you look at that. Look what Hickock 45 just posted. https://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=share&v=nMXSCjN5SHA
  24. I am currently involved in a private party NFA transfer. The only reason that I am doing it in that manner is that the other party is one of my closest friends. I trust him implicitly, therefore I am comfortable buying a can from him. Anyone else outside of a core group of friends? Not going to happen.
