Do you have to have the same console system to be able to play with/against someone else online? Are there separate Xbox/Sony servers? I’m not a gamer, but I figure that might impact the choice.

I got off of FB and all of the other major social media apps because I recognized the negative ways they affected my mental and emotional health. The majority of the population hasn’t come to the same conclusion and therefore I recognize the threat that social media’s influence has on my interest. While you may feel that it is useless, don’t underestimate how fearsome of an enemy it has the potential to be.

For all of those throwing up the “no big deal, I don’t care” flag, how many of y’all have AR “pistols”? This exact same reasoning would easily and quite logically apply to a reversal of prior rulings that declared AR/AK/CZ Scorion/whatever utilizing a brace/buffer tube as pistols instead of a short barrel rifle.

I’ve not had the chance to check one out but I know we have a few fans of the Canik line here.

By the nature of how they are organized, schools are an arm of the government and bound by the same rules. Your employer doesn’t have to play by those rules because it is a private entity.

Bravo to the school resource officer for living up to his moral duty and protecting those in his charge.

I sloved that with a lifetime. Worth it for the lack of hassle alone.

These kids are being used as the face of an AstroTurf Action. DWS was on ground and in contact with these kids the day after it happened and from there all sorts of major progressive groups and money have made everything happen. If you’ve wondered why it hasn’t fizzled, this is partly why.

I don’t think so, and for the same reason that nothing happened after Newtown, or Aurora, or any of the incidents that happened while Obama was in office. When a D is in the White House, the Rs in Congress have to prove their conservative cred by standing in opposition. When there is a R in the White House (even if he is really a life long New York liberal), maybe a little more regulation ain’t so bad, right? It happened here in TN. Look at what was able to be accomplished with Bredesen as Governor and look at how the progress came to a screeching halt as soon as Haslam took office.

Hmmm...would ya just look at that.
