I don’t know if that info is tracked by serial number or what in way that is accessebile to the collector. The vast majority of states have very little additional requirement beyond federal law regarding the transfer of private property between non-FFL/individual parties. TN has only two additional requirements, don’t give guns to drunks or crazy people.
