  1. The truth is out there!
  2. No he does not.
  3. Definitely a distributor shipment, either inbound to or outbound from. The question is how fast these cats can offload these guns. There is no way in hell I see them getting away with this. I think they’ll have better luck if they have the MPD assist because I’m much more confident in the abilities of the MPD than the ATF. Unless they just want to make some #### up. In that case the ATF is tops.
  4. Guaranteed.
  5. My first gun was a Hi-Point 45 when I was in my mid 20s. I’d shot a gun a couple of times growing up, but I wasn’t raised in the gun culture. My children will have a different experience.
  6. It really is a buyers market. I’ve bought 4 guns in the last month. The election of Donald Trump created a massive relief on pent up pressure in the market. This has had positive and negative effects. I’m sure there are a bunch of folks who thought they had money invested in guns only to find out the return isn’t monetary. I just hope the industry players can weather the current market long enough to be there when we need them to lobby folks when things get tough again.
  7. I will absolutely agree with this view right here. If that listed criminal history is correct, he should’v still been in jail.
  8. Yes. Had to be. I imagine that the bolts in the two secondary rifles are rigged up to slam-fire somehow. So the gas from each rifle cycles and fires the next gun creating a three shot burst.
  9. What in the actual...????
  10. Oh, absolutely it was literally a lethal mistake. That’s the question, isn’t it? Was that mistake justifiably lethal?
  11. I don’t see anywhere where the officer made that claim. Only that he didn’t drop the gun when instructed to do so. What Hambrick could do doesn’t hold the same weight as what he did (or didn’t) do. That’s my point. I’m not saying one way or another whether or not the officer was justified. I’m pointing out where the case will hinge on for deciding that and how TN V Garner is applied.
  12. It may not mean much to you, Erik, but legally I believe it holds great weight. Hambrick did have a gun and he did run from the police, but as far as I can tell, he never raised it or acted in a threatening manner with it. He was also not directly suspected of having done something illegal with it like having just committed robbery. I think this case will hinge on the fact that Hambrick never threatened the officer or others and was only attempting to flee.
  13. The fact that the word Gucci makes you think of Gucci Mane means you are from Tha Durty Souf.
  14. It’s Gucci, Mane. You know how I know you’re from Tha Durty?

The search for “the One Rifle” gets that way.
  16. A sad ending to what we thought was a great man. It’s a great shame that the private wasn’t more like the public.
  17. Jaws was Rated PG. Ratings were a bit different in the 70s.

I would say that Keymod is the Betamax to MLok’s VHS, except that Betamax was the superior format. That’s not true here. Keymod is weaker and more prone to accessories breaking free in rough use or when dropped. MLok is a stronger and more robust system. http://soldiersystems.net/2017/05/05/details-on-the-ussocom-sponsored-keymod-vs-m-lok-test-conducted-at-nswc-crane/
  20. And he may not, but he doesn’t see the opposing side as being evil. That’s the key here I think. As the common bonds that used to hold American society together have broken down, folks have become increasingly tribal. They have also taken to dehumanizing those that are not part of their particular tribe. Whenever anyone can see where the other side is made up of people too, it’s a win for everyone.
  21. He is incorrect. Interstate transfer of firearms requires the use of an ffl. If it is a handgun then the transfer must take place through an ffl in the receiver’s home state. Youll have to send or deliver this handgun to an ffl in MS and the buyer will have to fill out a 4473 and undergo a NICS check in MS. Relevent US Code: https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/922

  23. A buddy of mine elsewhere made these points and I tend to agree with him. ——————
  24. My condolences.
