  1. Is THAT what you appreciates about me?
  2. So, who got the Letterkenny reference?
  3. Nah. I’m too tired to dick with it.
  4. From my perspective in the driver’s seat of my semi, the answer is a frightening “yes, they undoubtedly are”.
  5. I’d venture to say that in the grand scheme of things, what takes place on the local level is of far more import than what happens in Washington.
  6. Whatever happened to tarring and feathering or running folks out of town on a rail. Just saying. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  7. Hey now, I like my postman. I don’t want to give her a hernia. Also, threads merged.
  8. That always gets me too. Don’t let them get word that I buy ammo at a minimum of like 1k at a time.
  9. While the kid holding the gun looks like he’s already looking for a commie to do his mother proud.
  10. I’ve got twin 2.5yo boys. I think I have their Christmas present picked out.
  11. While I’m not of the mind to ban anyone just yet, folks are dancing right on that that line. I’m locking this thread for 48 hours to allow you to dial it back 20 to 25% now Squirrelly Dan.
  12. Using SMG Glock pattern mags, cmmg says the last round bolt hold open works. The tfbtv review seems to back that up.
  13. Built on a purpose built lower (not a 5.56 lower with a block) that uses Glock pattern mags and a radial locking blowback system. It checks all the boxes for an awesome AR pattern PCC.
  14. Cmmg is now offering this in 10mm. I’m awfully tempted to add s caliber to the safe.
  15. Yep. It’s an accurate statement as well. “What’s the catbox in the garage for? I never took you for a cat person.” “It’s for my Bug. I park over it.”
  16. Everything about that setup says they will doing pretty much exactly that. I wanna play too!
  17. Yep. You can also do an engine swap by hand with no lift.
  18. They’re not hard at all to work on. They’re simple all around, but we are talking a car that’s 47 years old. I’m not trying to turn you off of it at all, I’d be all over it personally. But everyone’s tolerances and tastes are different.
  19. It’s just little things all the time. One week the carb will need adjusting. The next it will be the steering. The week after you’ll have a clutch and a valve adjustment the week after that. Nothing major, but if you don’t like working on a car, don’t buy an old bug. Expect it to be fluid leaky as well. Honestly, I think that’s why most people usually sell their old bugs. They just get burned out in the tinkering.
  20. No. Just no. I know we’ve argued a few times here, but that’s a low blow, man.
  21. They’re fun, and they require constant tinkering. If you’re good with that, they’re a blast.
  22. Those look fiddly and obnoxious. I’ll stick to my front dot with a blacked out rear.
  23. Based on the ass end of the vehicle, I’m going to say that it’s a Smith & Wesson Military & Police revolver in .38 Special. They carried those from 54-96.
  24. This is a rare point where we agree on something regarding LE. Cops aren’t social workers. The general public needs to stop trying to use them as such. They’re a blunt instrument that is to be used when the application of force is required.
