  1. Those are bloody amazing.
  2. If they release a blued version, it won’t be like the blued snake guns of old. To be blunt they don’t have the ability to do that anymore.
  3. That sounds like a bog standard diversion to me. Do you have the paperwork from the final court date where you were shown to have completed the probation and the record was To be expunged? I would go through the extra step of getting with the court where everything was handled and ensuring that all records were entered correctly and submitted to NICS. If you have all of that done, go buy a gun to ensure the BG check comes back clean, and if it doesn’t, you have the paperwork to submit to correct the records. Once you successfully buy the gun, then you should be able to clear the permit process. Now, I’m not a lawyer, so my advice is worth exactly what you paid for it. I’d highly recommend seeking out the services of one to help you navigate this process over accepting advice from strangers on the internet.
  4. I know that the dwell time absolutely affects a semi auto rifle, but I honesty don’t know much how it affects a shotgun.

  6. They do. I’ve got a couple of theirs. Have them for my M&P 2.0 Compact. Also have one for it from TierOneConcealed.com who make great AIWB holsters.
  7. This article is so descriptive of my 20s, before I had a family or started carrying a gun. If I’m to be honest, it was probably for the best that the second didn’t happen until after I’d started to settle down out of that. On the other hand, part of me theorizes that the reason western civilization has been so successful was the direction of young males into proving status by supporting a family instead of having young females monopolized and hoarded by older males.
  8. They obviously had a security team that was organized and had a plan in place. Good on them. Video of the incident- https://www.liveleak.com/view?t=a7Egb_1577654583 Local news reporting of it. https://dfw.cbslocal.com/2019/12/29/2-dead-1-critically-injured-shooting-white-settlement-church/ “Why do you carry a gun at church?” This is why.
  9. To piggyback on @MacGyver, these are for pistols only. They don’t have enough umph to reliably clear a rifle barrel. So you can pack a barrel up full of these and destroy the gun in the process. They also won’t operate the slide of a semiauto pistol. They can be fun, but be sure of what your using and how or the fun can get expensive in a hurry.
  10. Where did you get that picture of me larping in 6 months after I get the money saved up for my HK SP5?
  11. Here’s an article that lays out the difference between Gen 3 & 4 Glocks. https://www.wingtactical.com/glock-19-gen-3-vs-gen-4-differences/ I think what will be most obvious to the average shooter is grip texture differences.
  12. You think she looks dangerous with those? You should see her dual wielding wire hangers.
  13. Merry Christmas, dammit!
  14. The user name alone makes me think I’m probably going to like the guy
  15. Yeah, it would be hella hilarious.
  16. Black Dog magazines are the top pick for the conversion kits, IIRC.
  17. Y’all haven’t screwed up my property values, I live in West TN.
  18. Toss the para mag and move on. Mags are a consumable wear item and when they become no longer reliable, chuck em or use them for failure practice at the range.
  19. Not according to every damn yankee that’s joined the board in the last 5 years.
  20. That reminds me. For any Yankees in the audience considering a move, East Tennessee is a wonderful place to live. Don’t even bother looking at West Tennessee. It’s terrible. There’s nothing to recommend it. You wouldn’t want to live there.
  21. That description basically covers almost all modern pockets folders. Interesting.
  22. You’re insane. I love it.
  23. How topical! I watched a video on .357 Sig this morning.
