  1. They damn sure wouldn’t get them for that price from KAC!
  2. The fact that they built it for this price using off the shelf parts is truly impressive. The gun is cool, but I think it’s the real story here.
  3. I can vouch for the work they do. John and the crew are top notch. I’ve used them before, and will use them again.
  4. This. It’s nice having guys who’ve been around since the early days.
  5. MSRP is $1799 so maybe around $1400+/-street I’m thinking. My Montana had an MSRP in that area and I picked it up for $1200, so who knows. Either way I expect 6.5Cr to be a big seller for it. I do have to say that being 3lbs lighter than my other bolt guns and having that folding stock would make it much easier to take on a long back country hunt.
  6. FTFY since we don’t have registration of firearms in this state.
  7. I’m sorry (not really sorry) but the irresponsible actions of one, do not excuse, nor are they equivalent to, the malicious actions of another. Is it irresponsible to leave a firearm in an unlocked vehicle? No doubt. But in no way is it acceptable to criminalize a victim of a crime because they didn’t “take sufficient measures” to prevent the criminal actions of others. It’s just damn ridiculous to view making the victim of a crime a criminal as an acceptable solution to the problem of criminal behavior from folks acting with true criminal intent.
  8. Manners are such a huge emphasis in our household. Nothing gets me into my children's asses faster in public than rude behavior and lack of manners. Il-mannered people in general drive me up the ####ing wall. HUGE pet peeve of mine.
  9. Before opening your mouth, always ask yourself these three questions. 1) Does this need to be said? 2)Does this need to be said right now? 3) Does this need to be said right now, by me?
  10. Get a couple of rolls and make it hail.
  11. On my iPhone, they load quickly. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  12. Spray tan!
  13. It’s a fact though.
  14. Nah, that’s beyond the pale for even Yeager. That looks more like a Sonny Puzikas class. Now if somebody gets pissed off at us making fun of it and comes on here to challenge us to a duel, we’ll know it’s Gabe Suarez.
  15. It’s good to hear that the news is mostly positive. Congrats on the new addition and prayers of fast healing for your knee.
  16. ####ing Russians.
  17. TCA 55-4-110(a)!
  18. It’s not like we got front plates here in TN.
  19. I’ll accept that as a close enough.
  20. It looks to me to be a PPSH clone built on a FAL lower and using a Suomi mag. Am I close @xtriggerman?
  21. It for how long? https://www.usatoday.com/story/money/2020/01/21/krystal-files-chapter-11-bankruptcy-fast-food-sliders/4529064002/
  22. If you have an astigmatism, you should check out a yellow dot. They tend to have less bloom for some reason.
  23. There are other suppressor manufacturers who will do work, re-core, etc, on other brands.
  24. That wasn’t the modification I was suggesting. I was suggesting having the LPA sights changed from 3 dot to the outline style you like. The front sight looks like the same physical design, just with a dot instead, easy enough to change. The rear might take a bit more work, but I don’t see why the dots couldn’t be blacked out and an outline placed around the rear notch.
