Because if it’s in a vehicle it’s always on. Riding down the road is enough shake for it to be awake.

This checks out.

I’m sure I could learn to use them effectively, and a lot of folks who know waaay more than I do really like them. That said, I can’t stand them. I’ve got one gun with them and I can’t wait to get them off.

With everything else going on, not surprising it’s getting shuffled to the bottom of the reporting stack.

SC Justices don’t trust Roberts. He is getting flaky!

It’s better to deny the cases now than to risk bad case law. This issue alone is why not just Trump, but the Senate is so important right now. -
Washington — The Supreme Court on Monday turned away a host of challenges to state laws placing restrictions on firearms, declining to take up the contentious matter of gun rights in the U.S. after sidestepping the issue in April. In declining to take up the appeals, the justices leave intact laws from several states that gun rights supporters said violated their Second Amendment rights. Among the cases turned away were legal battles over laws in at least four states — Massachusetts, Maryland, Illinois and New Jersey — that require residents to meet certain criteria in order to get a permit, including demonstrating a specific need, to carry a handgun outside the home. In one of the cases out of Massachusetts, the justices declined to weigh in on the state's ban on certain semiautomatic firearms and high-capacity magazines. A dispute over a similar rule in Cook County, Illinois, was also rejected by the Supreme Court. In the case from California, the justices turned away a challenge to a state law that requires handguns sold in the state to use microstamping technology and meet specific design requirements. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/supreme-court-declines-to-hear-gun-rights-cases-massachusetts-california/

There are a lot of training companies out there, in fact I work for a training company, but basically you train, get your CDL, then just be dependable and punctual. If you would actually like more in depth information, shoot me a PM and I can break it all down for you. I will give this warning. If you have a wife and kids at home, look elsewhere. I do not recommend this job for a family man. The costs to the family are very high.

I love it. If you don’t mind being gone away from home for long stretches of time, you can move out to the sticks and get a significant pay raise.

You could probably do similar in Jackson, but at that rate you might as well stay in Memphis.

The awesome days before the ‘68 GCA when you could order that stuff through mail order.

I’ve got a group of Protechs, and they definitely fall into the “buy once, cry once” category. If you want a quality auto, you’re into Protech money. I have yet to find a cheaper auto that locks up as tight or as solidly as my Protechs. They’re 100% worth the price of admission. Also, I’m in on this run of TR-4s. @willis68

I’m jealous. I used to deliver there quite often. It’s beautiful. -
I own and use the M&P 2.0 compact and a Springfield Hellcat. My wife carries a M&P Shield. All are excellent firearms for this application.

Yup.

GT Distributors in Rossville, GA. They straddle the state line and have a counter on the TN side of the border as well. Tell Allen I said hi.

I feel your pain, brother. Specifically in my knees right now.

And while it may not always hurt more, it does tend to hurt for longer.

The average battery life of the optics designed for a handgun measure in the tens of thousands of hours. So you’re changing a battery every 1-3 years, if even that often. Something else that’s common is a “shake awake” feature where quick movement causes the RDS to turn itself on. So when deciding whether or not to use a RDS on a handgun, the question of battery life has been asked and answered and it’s not a concern.
