  1. I am looking forward to it. Hopefully it will stay on Sunday nights.
  2. Looks pretty damn good to me!
  3. It depends on how far he is willing to drive. If he doesn't mind driving 30 mile one way, I recommend living in Oakland (Fayette county). I say that because of the Shelby county consolidation problems and the taxes. I don't recommend living in Southhaven or Olive Branch due to the crime following the flight into MS. I live in Arlington and really love it but if I had to do it all over again, I would buy in Oakland and send my kids to a private school.. Hope that helps.
  4. My dad gave me a Garand a long time ago and this past Thanksgiving, I was able to give it to my son. It was and still is a damn good rifle and I know that he will take good care of it. Congratulations on your purchase. I know you will love it.
  5. I never knew it.
  6. Hey, my wife is pretty deadly with a spatula!
  7. You'er scareing me.
  8. My wife told me she had a problem yesterday. We have T-mobile.
  9. I usually do the 20-25% as well but then again most of the girls that wait on me have known me or my wife for quite a while and they always go that extra mile for us.
  10. I've heard that before about Rangemasters. Tell her to go to Top Brass in Millington. Those guys will take care of her.
  11. I have reservations for the Shades of Green in May. We stayed at the Polenesian two years ago and we really loved it. depending on how many days your family is going to stay at Disney, I highly recommend the park hopper tickets. As for the dining plan, that's entirely up to you. We did it two years ago and I felt like I had wasted my money because we didn't really eat that much. The snacks/sandwiches were sufficiant for us. You said your father in-law was retired Military, he can get tickets at any MWR on base. I can't remember how long it took for them to come in but you can't beat the cost of the tickets. Hope it helps.
  12. Dicks had them for $279 and Walmart had them for $277. I originally weht to Walmart for the purchase but they didn't have anybody there that could sell one to me. I went down the street to Dicks and the whole process was very smooth. I was in and out within 15 minutes. They even gave me a free trigger lock. Good bunch of folks.
  13. C'mon, it's that not hard. I done quit 57 times. If I can do it, anybody can.
  14. I haven't given it much thought for upgrades yet but since you mentioned it, I'll have to get on the Henry site and see what they have to offer for my rifle. How long have you had your Henry?
  15. You made a good choice. You're gonna love it.
  16. Finally broke down and bought a new Henry lever action 22 from Dicks Sporting goods the other day. Haven't had a chance to put some rounds through it yet but hopefully this weekend my grandson & I will. Tried to post a pic but not getting any cooperation from this computer.
  17. Dogs and cats living together...mass hysteria!
  18. I had fermented shark when I was in Iceland and goats head in Mexico. The shark reminded me of ammonia and the goats head tasted a little like beef.
  19. I have been twice this year and I have yet to see a no carry sign. If it's there, they have it hidden pretty good.
  20. December 1980, I was stationed at NAS Jax FL. I had just checked in to my new squadron when I heard the news. At the time I really didn't care too much because of John Lennon's views on politics and the military but now that I'm older and realize how short life is..... Hey dogguy, where were you in Kingsville? I ended up at VT-22 in 1984.
  21. I had all of mine done at Lowes. Can't remember how much it cost but I do remember that it wasn't expensive.
  22. I think you came to the right place. Welcome aboard.
  23. I have one for my 1911 and I love it! Never leave home without it.
  24. Go online and check out LL Bean. A little pricey but guaranteed for life.
