I would ship this to a transfer dealer (01 FFL). Your transfer dealer would have to accept a firearm shipment from an "unlicensed person" I would include a copy of my Tennessee Driver's License with the package. This is what I did when I sold firearms through gunbroker. You would then have to pay your transfer dealer his required fees for the transfer and background check.
