when is the last time anyone was charged with sodomy?
-
All that and I am still waiting to read what he did that was so great. And it reads to me he backpedaled on his civil rights housing statement, not explained it. His commie hunting was never based on fact, He ruined lives and careers based on his opinions. He did have a lot in common with Joe McCarthy though. And I still would like to know why you act all butthurt when you get opinions that differ from yours. It seems to be a continuing theme in your threads. I am probably wrong about that too.

wow, you are wound up about this guy. Hmm.... start a thread then get unexpected(?) responses, then get extremely defensive. and he was just not an actor, he was a mediocre actor. As for commies, how many lives and careers were ruined during the witch hunt in the 50's over that stuff? And he did his tattling before becoming president of the SAG Only US president who was divorced, I guess we need more of that. He once said that if people wanted to discriminate against blacks by refusing to sell or rent to them it was their right to do so. He did later reverse this statement. But then he does have a history of flip flopping. Anyway you asked, i answered and once again you are angered ( or come off as if you are) by the response. Moral of this story. Don't ask for opinions.

I have thought that for as long as I ever touched a pistol grip on a rifle. Not made for pray and spray.

Lets see. He was famous for being an actor, that impresses me not so much. He was mediocre in that profession. Divorced which shows a lack of respect for promises. Switched parties when it became politically expedient. Was governor of the wrost state in the union, NO doubt his years in office affected that dump of a state. What else.... Ratted out other actors for his suspicions of them being communist, not exactly impressing me with that. He was racist and against the advancement of civil rights. His War on Drugs stance. What did he do that was so great? I am really wondering as well.

totally agree Mark. . I also seriously hope that no one who's home was entered got popped for having a joint or other stupid stuff like that.

I believe his playing the part of George Gipp and Death Valley Days cemented him in as an American icon. He took a lot of naps, I like a lot of naps too.

and then if the bombers weren't caught and went on to blow something else up, then people would be screaming why didn't the cops go door to door?

what is it exactly that Ronnie Raygun did to make himself so iconic?

much easier to spray and pray from the hip with the California stock on a rifle.

there is no valid reason for restricting the sale of any legal product. Anything legal should be available 24-7. but of course our state legislature knows what is best for us.

bombs kill so the obvious solution is to ban AR's and high capacity magazines. this entire situation is a foil in Obama's side. I really wonder how they will waste this crisis.

I can't even read this thread anymore. It is like deja vu all over again. So I will just post my 2 cents and move on, LOL. I figure if someone is riding my ass and driving aggressive they must have a good reason to do it. Maybe their house is on fire, or their mother just had a stroke or something. I give the benefit of the doubt and get the heck out of the way. Just let them go on. Slowing down to the point people get pissed off has no real purpose. Just seems like a dick measuring contest or something. Carry on.

Reid say it may come back up after propaganda is spread.

attempts at gun control will never end, well at least up to the point where 2A is removed from the BoR. This bill being shot down is at best a temporary victory. -
Hahahahaha I know what you speak of

Glenfield Model 60 was my first rifle. It still shoots great. NO telling how many rounds have been through it.

the government knows what is best for us, always will.

Five yr old suspended for haircut
Mike.357 replied to jphillips63's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
and to add the more i think about it the more it pisses me off. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that kids haircut. He is five years old, he is a good looking kid. This is exactly what is wrong with our country. It has nothing to do with a haircut. It is about control. Sickening. -

I guess I am white trash and everything else that comes with it. I took the #1 grandson to the barber and he came away with a mohawk. Who cares how a kid has their hair cut? How is a haircut disruptive? Seriously. You only get to be a kid one time. If you are gonna have screwed up wacky hair what better time than when a little kid? You get to spend the rest of your life conforming to what society says is best for you. -
supposedly a deal has been cut. I am very sure this will solve the problem of criminals and crazy people getting guns and using them. ( no I am not) It will work until the next time some crazy person kills and then the .gov will know that more control is what is best for us. With this plan and how it will accelerate every time a gun crime happens they will decide it is best if we just turn them in. I give it twenty years.

if someone wants to off themselves who am I to say they can't
-
it is about the exact same thing gun control is about

5 years and you get a severance? Sounds better than 5 years and one days pay I got last May. But things are better now. One door closes and another one opens. As for gold in Fort Knox, thats laughable, it is not there.
