    Thanks, I had not read or heard how many were sent home.   I know people who have no problem with guns for home protection but they are not fans of people carrying them out and about.     Oh, the judge will decide the lesser charges.    thanks for that too.   I absolutely fully expect Zim to be found guilty of something.   Many otherwise seemingly intelligent people are convinced Zimmerman went on a cold blooded man hunt that night.  It is very conceivable that the judge has an opinion and jurors will see him guilty of something.  I would guess the judge is pretty good at hiding her feelings, but will still act on them.

    how many potential juror's did the defense bounce?   Are the sides limited on how many they can not allow on the jury?

  we talked a bit about it today amid the bazillion sales we made.  She was absolutely shocked I thought Zim was innocent and was not swayed by my statement that following Martin was not a crime.  She absolutely see's any shooter as guilty.   I am pretty sure she could have made it to a jury if she wanted to.  ( this of course assuming she lived in Fla and was called for duty)  Several other I work with are also convinced Zim is guilty.  None of them care about actual facts, only their conceived notions of being anti gun.  I don't see it as far fetched that 6 woman in Florida got on that jury.  Murder 2, maybe not, but definitely guilty of something, if not guilty why was he charged is the consensus.   I am pretty sure Zim will be convicted of manslaughter at minimum. (unless I am wrong about a jury being able to bring back guilt on lesser charges)

I am curious, and these are honest questions to the anti gay people here.   If your child came out as gay how would you treat them?     What if they came out and said, " Dad I am gay, I like men ( or woman if your child is a girl) and I plan on marrying my special friend"  Would you go to their wedding?

  of course she will testify that her baby cried out for help.  Powerful stuff to end the prosecution case with.  And the Defense will not touch her for cross examination with a ten foot pole.

    a girl I work with is pretty much the smartest person I have ever know.  She is convinced Zim is guilty.  Nothing will change the opinion.

    we all pretty much know woman are bat shit crazy.  I for one will not be surprised if all six jurors have the same opinion as this woman on CNN.   I don't think Florida will need to try him again.  They are going to find him guilty of something.

  a woman on  the CNN jury last night, with a straight face said she believed after Zimmerman shot Martin he called one of his buddies to punch him in the face and bounce his head off the concrete.  If she believes some crap like this it is a real possibility a actual juror believes it.   This is no way a slam dunk for the defense.    I honestly have no feel at all for how the trial is going.

Any person should be able to decide when to end their life, and of course they ultimately can.  Being deathly ill should not even play into it.  But it should never have to come to a point where a guy shoots himself in the temple or lock himself in his garage with a running car.  If for some reason I came to the conclusion that death is better than life you can be assured I would act on it.   Death with Dignity should be the law of the land.

    There are plenty of states in the north that do not allow gay marriage.  Ready or not gay marriage will be allowed in all fifty states at some point.   Whose God is everywhere?  Religion has no place in whether or not gay people can marry.

    What does being in the south have to do with right and wrong?  I suppose LGBT people need to get the hell out of Dixie then.  Is that your point?  And what does Christianity have to do with this?

wow that thing looks like it could not decide if it wanted to be an AR or an AK.  Might be the perfect blend for guys that like to accessorize.   I am just glad I never caught the AR bug.
