  Duck Commander is wine. Comes in red, white and pink.  Has the family name on the camo label, it is their proprietary property..  I think it is made by Sutter or Berringer or some other mass producer.  People are buying it.

if any of you here in Knox are looking for something newish.  We have Willet Bourbon for 31.99.  It is fairly new in the market.  It comes in a beautiful bottle and would be a great gift.  Normally it is 39.99.   We also have Woodford in the 750 for 25 bucks right now.  That is a steal.   And if you like Crown they came out with Crown XO.  It is the best tasting Canadian I've ever tasted, even better than Wiser's.  It will spoil you for drinking regular Crown Royal.  The XO is 39.99 normally 45 bucks   I am going to pick up either the XO or Willet on Xmas eve.  Can't decide

    The Sinatra is hard to get.  We retailed it for 179.00 but it never was set on the shelf.  Handsell only, and you pretty much needed to be a regular customer before any of us peon's would talk to you about it.  I have heard tales that is is in a store or two in Chattanooga.  One guy was telling me he got it for a little over 150 bucks there.   Keep in mind it comes in a liter bottle.

    we had 23 year old and 20 year old stashed for particular customers.  I think we had three bottles of the 20 and six of the 23.  They never hit the shelf.  We had a fair amount of 15 year old, which was mostly sold to regular customers, employees were also able to hand sell a few to friends and family.   we had a lot of 10 year old and 12 year old.  That did hit the shelf.   We kind of limited sales to one each per customer.  It was completely gone inside of a few days.   I have heard tales from other people around the state who said it was impossible to get.  It is severely allocated and as big as our store is we got a fair amount.     But there is funny business and I have no doubt some payola going on. One particular store received an amount of the stuff that dwarfed what any other store was able to buy.  Then they jacked the price on it.      We don't play that game.

    Good luck on finding any of it. It came well out over a month ago.  It is long gone.  dunno if they will release any in the spring or if it will be another Fall release.   Honestly you are not missing much.  IMHO it is completely over rated.

I have thought long about this.  Phil Robertson has no business placing judgement on anyone.  In Christianity I believe only one being makes judgement calls.     I am also sure that if you believe in God that you were created in his image, and that has a lot to do with why only God may pass judgement.   Phil woke up one day on third base and thought he hit a triple.  Just another person out of tune with reality.

got to try some Buffalo Trace the other day that came from a shipped empty barrel.   Literally bottom of the barrel bourbon.   it was not very nice.  It must be what seeped out of the wood after the barrel was drained at the bottling plant.   Tried some Pappy 23 year old about a week ago.  I did not like it.  Way too hot and full bodied.
