  1. Glad you liked it Gerald. I love the extra heat the cayenne adds. Some people cannot stand the hot! I thought we were doing store bought tator salad tonight, but the wife suprised me and made some kind of pasta salad. It was served cold and tasted great. A total compliment to the heat of the chicken wings. Best dinner I can recall making in a while. The beer still was cold and still is plentiful!!
  2. if you are not in a skybox, take hearing protection. If you do not have a trackside parking pass wear good walking shoes. bring lots of cash
  3. Well now that you have your own, make sure the bayonet is extended, especially before you jab it into the ground
  4. its on the internet so it must be true
  5. amidst preperations to make 2 dozen hot/buffalo wings on the grill. Got the tail trimmed off the wings and they are soaking in salt water right now. If I seperated the paddle from the drummet I would get stuck eating all the drummets. Thats how the wife rolls, LOL. Going to make my own sauce from butter and Louisiana hot sauce, probably add some cayanne pepper to it to heat it up a bit. Sides will be some tater salad (store bought) and a grilled onion. OOOhhh can't wait to eat that grilled onion. Plenty of venting going on as well. Beer always makes everything better.
  6. they caught me. Aside from the aforementioned NRA and NASCAR stickers I also have a peace sign sticker which shares the bumber.
  7. I am pretty sure I am coming, but I am taking a pass on the BBQ I'll just catch up to you all at the range.
  8. here we go again with the decal argument. I have a NASCAR Truck Series sticker on my bumper, no one is thinking my truck is a race truck. I have NRA sticker next to the NASCAR one and no on is going to break in my truck thinking I leave guns inside. Heck most people I see with the NRA sticker I pretty much figure are not members anyway. How about if I had a MGD sticker on the car? Does that mean I have beer inside? oy, paranoia
  9. There was gray bearded jewish guy once, can't quite place the name anymore....
  10. Not familiar with this area but is there any chance he was headed toward Opry Mills? :bowrofl:
  11. just because the legality of having alcohol at a Waffle House is in question does not mean it did not happen. I can testify to the fact I have drank beer at a Denny's and they did not sell it to me. My guess is the girl works at the Waffle House and the Manager turned a blind eye to things. So they had some beers or champagne! Probably not a big deal where ever in Ga they were at.
  12. I am not sure whats for dinner. I am still sitting in the warehouse killing time until the last driver gets back from tri cities. I did request something simple like tuna salad sammich. So I am guessing thats what I will have.
  13. Strick I know thats you, looks like a huge ass porn collection in the rack behind you, and the nudey calendar is seriously you.
  14. Even if i had it to do all over again I would still get the Ruger Single Action Six revolver. Hard to beat it. It will shoot any .22 ammunition as well as coming with a spare cylinder for .22 mags. The revolver will last ten lifetimes if properly maintained. Only 3 lifetimes if not maintained at all. It comes in a multitude of barrel lengths. Has adjustable or fixed rear sights, and comes in stainless or blued models. NO brainer for me, get the Ruger Single Six
  15. I almost laughed when I read this. This is not the inventory of an unstable person. Heck it sounds like he is a few rifles short of a nice collection. And what are you gonna do with only 3100 rounds. Double or triple that to be on the safe side as a hedge on inflation Hopefully there will be none of this BS in our state
  16. I have read some of this guys past blog posts and I really wonder if there is something he is doing to bring trouble upon himself. I dunno, I am just curious. There are two sides to stories and we do not have the cops side of things.
  17. doesn't the LEO find out you have an HCP when he runs your DL? I assume if your HCP has been suspended or revoked his cop computer would also tell him that. So I am not sure if showing his HCP made a difference. (ignore this post if I have missed something obvious)
  18. OK Sam, I will go to ten bucks or so but you have to buy lunch.
  19. lots of cigarettes and fa... errrrr chubby woman. Not at all suprised this was in Georgia.
  20. The difference is a gun is involved. In my case the charges were dismissed by agreement. It still took something like four more months and a court order to have the handgun released. You may be living under the false assessment that one is innocent until proven guilty. You are in fact guilty until proven innocent and even then you are still not worthy of trust.
  21. speaking from experience this guy is going to need a lawyer and a court order signed by a judge to ever get his handgun back. Does not matter why it was confiscated, or if he has receipts proving ownership. The PD is not giving it up without a signed, valid court order. Last I checked you need a lawyer to get that done.
  22. there ya go Mars , fixed it for ya
  23. multiple cans of Coor's Light, i think i will go back for sixths
  24. it would be the shortest thread ever she is a dog
  25. thank you strick, I am glad I am not the only one here thinking she is not that hot. Certainly does not do it for me. Heck I pretty much think she is the opposite of hot.
