  1. we could tell you but then we would have to kill you. seriously I just do it the normal way
  2. you can have mars volta I will take these guys [ame] [/ame]
  3. damage to a truck bed that occurs in normal use of the truck does not devalue the vehicle. my truck look near as good as the day I drove it off the lot brand new, but the bed look like it has hauled gravel, firewood, a four wheeler, a golf cart, cinder blocks, more gravel, lots of mulch and more firewood, etc.... Beat to crap, dented faded and scratched. Doubt it effects the value any. Your carry gun is a tool. The purpose is to defend yourself with. Buy one that a few dings dents and scratches is not going to bother. You can always buy a BBQ gun to look pretty with later on. As for the dude with the fancy truck bed, When he is not looking toss a pallet or two in it. That ought to fix things a little.
  4. Mars says i think I have handled and shot that gun. Its pretty darn nice. I much prefer a GI model. I do not care for the fancy sights and beavertails, rails etc.. A scratch or two and some wear marks make it better. I could never see owning a high dollar 1911, i would be afraid of damaging the finish. I also think the 1911 in GI form is true to history, is truly a tool and a thing of beauty. The orginal draw for me is that it is a weapon that helped whip the crap out of the Axis during the big one.
  5. Can do.
  6. you young whippersnappers have no clue
  7. Kind of like DC ignoring the Heller decision, what is going to come out of it
  8. I ain't using it, but Suntzu that is a signature line quality quote if I ever read one.
  9. absolute cheapest gun price? right here http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=11052
  10. When people want to add a hi-cap mag to an SKS I always wonder why. Are you going into battle? Zombies coming? Or is it just to look cool? I advise to keep the original mag and buy about 40 stripper clips. Fill them and fill a ammo box. You are good to go. the ten round fixed mags work like they were made for the rifle. But then they were made for the rifle. But then thats just me.
  11. Nice pics there Greenego. Especially of the fat lefty shooting the SKS, lol Hope you join us at the next one.
  12. when is the olympics over?
  13. doubtful anyone is camping in the infield at Bristol
  14. when I read this title I thought Mars bought a Volta(whatever that is) and I was hopeful to see it or read about it. not some lame ass band I have never heard of before and surely will nevr hear of again
  15. congrats on the new purchase. When I read you were going to the show today I figured you would come home with a Walker. You ought to get brass and make rounds with BP. I bet that thing slings a big hunk of lead. What kind of sights does it have?
  16. nah, you gotta have butter on them kind of potatoes or they will end up dried out. I like the idea of olive oil and all but my wife would not approve of the outcome, LOL The rosemary and other spices should be put on and mixed around before pouring into the pan you are going to cook in. You may as well want to try the microwave on them instead of an extra hot oven. 450 degrees is kind of extreme.
  17. bowling ball and a pretty fair amount of BP I am guessing. Maybe near a pound of it. They make the cannon out of air tanks. There used to be a video on utubeof a cannon that was on wheels and had elevation as well as windage adjustments. cool stuff
  18. From the looks of them, and maybe the pics are deceiving but they look a bit dry. When the wife makes Rosemary potatoes there is a lot of butter or margarine involved. Might want to look at that part of it. Tonight we had patty melts and french fries. Ooof I can feel my arterys hardening as I type. But man oh man did it taste goooD!!!!
  19. nothing illegal that I am aware of in doing this. It is something I would like to do. [ame] [/ame][ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f-b3W4gfJ6I][/ame]
  20. I read a news story op/ed piece on him this week somewhere. The author pretty much agreed with you assessment. I much prefer a QB who can stay in the pocket to lead the team. I am not so sure that runing around like a monkey afire works well in the NFL. Preseason should be dumped period. Colleges and high schools dont have preseasons. It is some kind of money making scheme anyway.
  21. We are talking Sprint Cup not trucks, and this is East Tennessee, (represent!) Way hotter woman here. only if sitting low in the turns

    What a prayer

    true
  23. 50 bucks and up. Good seats 125 bucks or so, and up. I am guessing guns are prohibited and it is posted on the back of the ticket. Not sure if that is legal. If I am getting freebies I am not wanting to cause trouble for the company paying my way. You can carry a cooler in. No glass. Cans are fine, liquor in PET bottles is fine. Your own food is allowed. Track food sucks pretty much. Get there early and see the entire show. Great for people watching. Always lots and lots of eye candy. wear sunglasses if the boss is going with you.
