The gun was not at the hearing. Part of the fees I paid my attorney included getting a court order to have the evidence released back to me. It took some time to get it done. I took the court order to the THP office in West Knox and was given all the evidence THP confiscated. Without the court order no evidence would have been returned. Went by the Walmart in Halls yesterday and finally after about four months they had Federal Bulk Pack .22 LR in stock. They were priced at 13.99( i think) for a 550 round box. I picked up three and would have gotten more if I had more cash. Looked like their other WWB stocks had been refurbished too. I did not think they would ever get the Federal back in.
