  1. I always thought she rocked. Sorry but there was no parallel between her and Paris Hilton. Farrah actually stared in a fairly decent TV show. Paris, not so much.
  2. Mama always said it is just as easy to say something nice as to kick someone when they are dead.
  3. the testimonials are great
  4. sham wow works fine on blood, don't ask
  5. Billy Mays pitching health insurance called "i can". They just showed it on Fox News. Too funny, I heard the voice before seeing the TV, knew that voice right off. Now I wonder if Vince will have health insurance too. I guess it is a response to ABC's Obama Care running today.
  6. worn out pic of my early 1943 Inland
  7. you know damn well the Big O has never operated, heck never even touched a chainsaw, and manual labor is beneath his dignity. But he does appear to have interior decorating skills.
  8. Not sure how it applies to people without permits. Don't the loaded handguns have to be carried concealed in national parks? Maybe ALaska and Vermont would be exceptions?
  9. all work and no gunfire makes Mike.357 a dull boy
  10. Why wouldn't they do it that way? It would draw the least amount of attention. I am not so sure a terror cell is going to attack with a firearm anyway. I do not trust anything Lautenberg does in relation to inhibiting the ownership of guns.
  11. that is a fair price for the Uberti. I am not so sure Uberti's are better than Pietta's anymore. I really am not so sure they are worth 60 or 70 bucks more. Whats an Able's? Never heard of them
  12. otherwise known as the Dewtini
  13. Looks like you guys had it all covered. I am jealous, wishing I was there with y'all. One big old table of firepower. One of them rifles on the table looked oddly familiar. I kept it simple and very old school today. Reached into the bowels of the safe and pulled out the '51 Navy .44. Put about 50 rounds of .454 through it. Lots of smoke and flash.
  14. I think they are Martins but I am not really sure. I thought I saw some coming and going early this afternoon, and what I saw were martins. I had also been thinking it was late in the season for pups
  15. Cabela's -- 1858 New Army .44 Caliber Revolver http://www.possibleshop.com/pietta.htm I checked EMF, thats who I bought my '58 Remmy from, but their website is down for an upgrade or something. Anyway here is a contact for them http://www.emf-company.com/reachus.htm phone number Tel: (949) 261-6611 Cabelas has the best price of the three I bet PS: I just checked Dixie and their price was high.
  16. Garufa is the winner. Hard to believe that show is gone
  17. That may or may not be true, but that is not the answer I was looking for.
  18. Well since the chipmunks seem to be under control now we have moved onto to other things. Seems that in the last month or so bird have taken up residence in my chimney. There must be a bunch of baby birds in there. All day long we go through cycles of quiet then utter chaos of chirping. About every 10 minutes or so the cycle restarts. I have tried watching but have not seen any birds exit the chimney. I do not think they are causing damage, but I have about had enough of it. Anyone have any ideas on how to get them out short of starting a fire in the fireplace and opening up the damper? I mentioned fire and my the wifey told me to do what I want, but no fires while she is at home. Anyway she is going to Cincinnati 4th of July weekend. So I have until then to get them out peacable like. After that it is death by fire. anyone know how ling baby birds are nested until they can fly? If they can fly I can maybe smoke them out with a wet wood fire.
  19. one of the channels I listen to on Sirius ( Outlaw Country) plays quite a bit of BR 549. I love the song you posted up Garufa. Anyone else know what or where the name "BR 549" came from?
  20. yep, not leaving them the house and car was fitting. I wondered what happened to the Garand and 1911 as well as his warrior memorabilia. Certainly his children would not have respected it properly. I thought his cooler was nice. My parents had one just like it.
  21. sounds like the rightwinger clan had a big old time, looking forward to pics. Hard to believe that there arn't more out there shooting this weekend. I think some are holding out. I am going to shoot something today, just not sure what yet.
  22. I am just glad he did not leave the car to the spoiled brat of a grand daughter
  23. you don't have it completely apart yet. There 5 or 6 more parts to go inside the frame when you get the trigger guard off. Looks like you are making progress though. keep posting pics
  24. I kind of think that if hollow point ammo is the shiznit, then why doesn't the military use it?
