Yep if it is a matching carbine then maybe not too bent over on the price. I would find it hard to believe that it matches. Has bayonet mount, a sure sign of being worked on. But you never know. M1 Carbine is my favorite rifle. The guy on the other forum is just plain wrong. Seen that shot with my own eyes.

not to criticize but you way overpaid. But as long as you are happy thats all that matters. I don't know any of us that has not overpaid for soemthing at some point. In spite of the sights going out to 300 yards I think it is pretty much a 50 to 100 yard rifle. Got to remember it was put into use to replace a pistol. For real shots at distance a Garand comes into play.

I have heard that touching a spark plug to auto glass will cause the window to shatter. not sure why I remember this but I believe it to be true. Certainly would be cheaper, though less tacticool than a HK tool

okay, so if ammoniated window cleaner is used and only the water in it is effective against the corrosive salts, then why do people use water and SOAP? I have always wondered about this. What purpose does the soap serve? Why not just use plain old tap water?

I cannot even imagine the crappola that would come out of the Big O's mouth if he had been the pres on 9-11. The guy is shameful and I cannot being myself to call him my president. Rays has had that sign since the law took effect, when I go there it is because I have no choice in the matter.
