HoneyBaer sounds to me that all you can do is get the best lawyer you can find. It will all play out in time. Seeing you have no previous record I would guess that charges can be dismissed. if your lawyer is delaying things multiple times before the actual hearing I would venture a guess that he/she is a good one. Get the best money can buy. Even going into debt over it is better than getting convicted. Sucks getting booked and spending the night in jail (prison is reserved for those convicted, not just accused.) but it is not the end of the world. Good Luck

grease it if it slides, oil it if it turns. I use Polaris marine grade grease cause thats what is in the garage, and any oil that claims it is Gun oil. Specific brands never has much mattered near as I can tell.

Thats the first thing I thought. When I travel I carry ikn the same manner I do here in Knox. The only reason I could think of to bring a lot of extra ammo is if you are worried about a SHTF type scenario. Oh hell, now when I travel I am always going to pack a battle rifle and 200 rounds for it.

the flies with honey comment was about catching them here on TGO rather than Sevier. The first time I shot there I was given a page full of rules by the TWRA agent at the gate. They make you read it. But honestly who can remember all that while reading it standing at a counter? Was given no coaching upon entry at the range itself, other than being cracked on for having four rifles. My big problem with the RSO's is the inconsistency in manner of enforcement of rules, and what rules are enforced. I do not touch anything during a cease fire, mostly walk over near the restroom and catch a smoke or change targets. I am still very unsure of when it is proper to pack up my stuff when I want to leave. Seems to depend on the RSO. And I have given up on pistol's there. Akward to shoot them seated anyway. I also only take two rifles now. Sorry if I leave brass unswept as I am unsure of how to get it up from the ground. Not gonna pick it when guys are shooting around me. I do sweep up what I can. I am glad he did not end up with the ND job this time around. ESPN mentioned that he has a cyst on his brain. But this was not related to that at all. this would have easily been solved. She could have told you they were slammed, asked for your phone number, took the info, helped a reasonable number of customers in the store. Then looked up what you needed and called you back. Pretty simple really. I do not blame you for feeling put out by them That is horrible customer service. People on the phone are just as important in the big picture as those in the store right now. Sounds like not much has changed at that place. The owner "JWP" used to post here, have not seen anything by him in ages.
