I submarined the big quad a couple of times in a creek in Indiana, but rode it out on the other bank, water was in the air box but none sucked down in the engine. Never went under in the little one.

no need to shoot it, it runs. And considering what has been done on it since I have owned the thing it is one heck of a machine

I would guess that if the structure increases the value of the property you will need a permit to stay legal.

so I stopped yesterday and bought a big bottle of StaBil, a little bottle of Gumout, a spray can of Gumout and a spray can of WD40. I poured some Gumout and StaBil in to the fuel tank of the little four wheeler. Was hopeful that the Gumout might do something, not expecting it to do anything, but what the heck. Came home today, was not raining yet. I drug out the weedeater, blower, chainsaw, two quads, and the yard tracter. Siphoned or poured out the gas in everything but the quads. Got the yard tools all running, and ran them out of fuel. Fired up the big quad, it started right up. Hooked the battery charger up to the little quad. Turned the petcock back and forth a few times and left it on the Reserve setting. Opened up the choke all the way then I about fell over, it started right up. Took a couple tried to keep it running but that is normal when it is cold anyway. I ran it for about 10 minutes then turned the petcock to OFF and ran it out of fuel. Gonna syphon it out and replace with with some good gas treated with Gumout. Hopefully I will be able to ride it a while tomorrow just to get good fuel running through it again. I am even breaking down and getting a battery for it. It is shaping up to be a good weekend.

You are spot on here. Ours would go out if the wind changed direction. At least once every six months I would call and complain about signal strength. They would tell me I needed to adjust the dish. I would ask them why I wass paying them and threaten to cancel. Then they would agree to send someone out to do it. Several times I would just hang up and call back until I couuld understand the person on the other end of the phone.

I have seen them before, but only NIB. IIRC they were about tendollars more than the 995. But I do agree I have not seen one lately. I will believe the 4595 when I see T & T selling me one.

Are you multi-tasking? Internet and television? I have the big screen sitting about 20 feet away, perfectly angles to the computer. I have the attention span of a gnat after working all day and the internet AND the TV are on. I am watching "From Dusk till Dawn" on Encore. Gun battle in liquor store is going on right now. What are you watching now? Be specific.

HiPoint makes a .40 carbine. The 4095 of all things. I have not shot one but I am guessing it is pleasurable like the 995 is. If I saw one used for under 2 beans I would buy it.

I used to have Dish, I could sing this same tune just swapping out the company involved, LOL. They all want to beat us down. I have Comcast now, they suck just as bad, went through battle every month with them when the bill came. I ain't kidding. It went on for 10 months, finally they got it right. I am sure I was a nightmare to deal with after the first month.

can you cite an instance where a gun has gone bang without the trigger being pulled? I am not doubting you, maybe you have first hand experience but I have never seen it.

assuming it is loaded could cause a problem if you need it to be ready to fire and it is not. just sayin.... I like these two features on the XD, at a touch I know i am chambered and cocked.

I am not so sure I understand why people get fired up against jewelry, jerky and whatnot at gun shows. It is not like they are turning gun dealers away. So without these things there would be a few more empty tables. As for NASCAR, if you hate it so much why would you inject it into a gunshow thread? Simply do not watch it, duh.

to me thats half the fun of finding a new gun. Even if it is not perfect it is still a gun.

my mother in law asked me a few months ago if my guns were registered. i told her no, and left it at that. She thinks I am fixing to get arrested.
