  1. I am pretty sure that scenario is covered by your ticket or admission to the stadium.
  2. there was a similar incident at Norris yesterday, except the shooting lasted much longer than 29 minutes. Oh the humanity...
  3. California is broke because they are supporting a lot of illegal aliens who do not put much back into the budget through taxes. But see if they ever admit it.
  4. I was being filmed by one of the local news channels a few years ago, I told the cameraman to stop filiming. He complied. I assumed that once I requested he stop that he had to do so. I also assume the cops have those same rights
  5. shotguns are for vines
  6. I dunno how you can compare Chernobyl with using small nukes underwater. Why not post a pic of Three Mile Island too.
  7. you guys are the best
  8. oops, this was supposed to be in the Marisa Tomei thread, heh wow, how did you get that old and not plug a tire. I have no recollection really of how I learned. But I keep them handy. Both in my truck and in the garage. One of the quad tires has about 10 plugs. About 6 of them in one hole. But it works
  9. might be getting to the point of picking your poison
  10. it was not a jab, therefore not directed at anyone in particular. Someone posted about a shoot, I mearly suggested they organize one. Aside from that Bill I think i am going up to Mark's Saturday. you going to come by? Daniel how bout you? whats the plan?
  11. I just take a lighter and heat the plug a bit, shove it in and get down the road.
  12. I am signing up for the correspondence course in reading comprehension tomorrow.
  13. did you seriously need a video to plug a tire?
  14. step up to the plate and organize it, yanno
  15. NFL -Cincinnati Bengals. It is a terminal disease. I tried to quit once but it did not take. MLB - Meh, do not follow it closely but I used to be a Reds fan (dad worked for the Reds) and a Cubs fan. The strikes did me in. At best I am a casual fan. I am a fan of the game of baseball though. I can watch a game on TV just for the sport of it. College football - ND. I was raised in a Irish Catholic family, been drinking the blue and gold for as long as I can remember. I also follow UC, but until recently there has not been much to get worked up over, and I like UT fine unless they play ND or UC. NASCAR - I root for Mark Martin but to be honest I do not follow the sport as fervently as I used to. NHL - not much of a fan but I do look in the sports page to see what the Blackhawks are doing. I used follow it when we lived by Chicago. Playoff time is always a good reason for a party up there. I follow all sports at Cincinnati Elder High School. Check the Cincinnati Enquirer everyday to keep up with whats going on. Purple Power, Altiora!
  16. I'd have hit it circa Vinny, and I would hit it now, she is still hot even at 40
  17. Stevie Wonder would be able to see the signage saying no loaded mags, no loaded clips, no loose ammo. They are there everytime. Claiming ignorance of them signs is fairly weak. I ain't buying it. I have no problem with it if someone wants to carry and does not let on they are doing so. Just keep it holstered and concealed for Pete's sake. I am not defending the guy keeping your bullets though. Clearly you should be allowed to put it back in your car.

    My BAD Habit

Wonderful family portrait of the long guns, especially like the left handed lever gun.
  19. I am picking up what you are putting down Verne. My awareness goes up to 11
  20. was there with the usual suspects. Don't know how anyone missed us, we spent half the time there blocking the aisles BSing. I was looking for a SKS sight tool. Found a Tapco that was priced at 15.95. Held off buying to keep looking. Found another. There is a older fat guy in a wheelchair who sells surplus stuff. He is at every show. He told me that he had the only ones for 15 bucks and that there was another SKS tool but it was 50 bucks. I aksed him if I bought it would he stand by it if it did not fit right. The jerk told me NO WAY. I walked another fifteen feet to a vendor who had all kind of gun doodads. Sure enogh she had a SKS sight tool for 8.95 otd. I bought it and went back to wheelchair man and flaunted it in his face. It did not make him happy. I have bought something from him at almost every show I have attended. I could not believe he would not back up his merchandise. He will never get a dime from me ever again, the jerk that he has turned out to be. Got a few other odds and ends but nothing major. I did pick up a very new looking bayonet for my 91/30. Pretty happy with that. I give this gun show a big forgot to mention post gaming. OhShoot treated me and my brother to a lunch of Scrugg's ribs, slaw and tator salad. It was deeelicious. Then we went out into my woods for a little bit of plinking with .22's. Lots of fun.
  21. Ford is way stronger than Superman First on Race Day!
  22. exactly, open air buildings
  23. hate Daley or love him, the people up there keep electing him. Do they not have the right to elect who they want? To those of us in our right mind he is nuts. But fortunately those in other states do not have the right to make decisions for others in states other than our own. I dunno????
