thats what I thought, but according to what I was told the mother has custody unless the father contests it. Maybe I am not writing it clearly. I guess if the father contests it a judge may set joint custody or whatever. I dunno. Gonna need a lawyer it seems. Still waiting on a call back.

its not that critical anyway. I can hit an 18X24 inch steel plate all day long at 125 yards with it. Sometimes we skip them in just for fun.
