  1. you cannot drink in a place that serves alcohol for on premise consumption if you are carrying. On private property I believe the law only talks about not being under the influence of alcohol. So I would think that a few beers is okay, but being drunk and shooting or even armed is not. Big difference between a few beers and being drunk. I am unsure how me having a few beers and plinking on my range is disrespectful to my neighbors? The noise is the same either way. I also understand that people assume someone having a beer or three is falling down drunk. It is legal to have a beer or two and point your car in a safe direction. Depends on what takes you over .08 bac or makes you act stupidly.
  2. When you let out more information I would say you did not over react. Sounds like they have a handful with the neighbors.
  3. why does he have to be drunk? Where did the OP say the guy was drunk?
  4. so you are one of those kind of people. you statement reminds of someone else who used to be around here.
  5. if they are not aiming or raining lead down on her house why do you care? If you think they are too close to Grandma's house why not go out and ask them to move further away? There are no laws being broken. You made no comment as to whether or not they were firing in a safe direction. There is no law against having a beer and possessing a gun. I do not think there is a law against having a beer and shooting a gun.
  6. I am guessing because the feds issued stickers designed to be facing out on the inside of a window. They probably work for most doors but obviously not on that particular door. So someone put it in the best spot available. The other signs look older, maybe they will fix it in due time.
  7. I would say that the building is clearly posted. It certainly was when you took the picture. I am curious about the restroom at Cable Mill. Did you notice if it was posted? And if the actual miller building there was posted
  8. Governer Brewer speak only the truth in that vid. Too bad Obama does not care. I don't know how to judge him on this issue. It is either he does not care or he is pleased by our country being invaded.
  9. dunno if I spent the night with a bottle in front of me or receiving a frontal lobotomy
  10. that's fairly rude. temper not tamper

    Too funny!

    good stuff
  12. Just because Glen Beck says something does not make it untrue.
  13. So my goverment worshipping friend explain this to me Do you really believe that a criminal will not get a gun even if they should have to use a FFL to obtain one? That is about typical screwed up logic as I have come to expect from you. Aren't there already laws in place that make it illegal for some to own guns? Do you really think criminals care or will be affected by more laws, making buying a gun more illegal? If I am a criminal do you actually think I will not sell my hot pistol to another fellow thug? If I am following you correctly here are there any more items a private seller may wish to sell that you think the gov't should have control over? What about knives? Bats? Nail guns? Crow bars? Space heaters? This line of thinking you seem to have is what rubs everyone raw around here. ( and as an aside, you seem to spell the word "either" as eider. You got it now?)
  14. no Strel, I was referring to if you go around and whine in the 3d world. I already know what you on the internet. Time to go back and fix the only porch rail I own on the only house I own. ( well sort of own, the bank has more of it than I do.)
  15. then said this you act like you are singled out. But trust me you are nothing special. I started a thread once and got sent away for two week. Yeah it was closed too. Grow a pair and man up. Do you whine in places other than this board?
  16. strel said this so is that supposed to put us in awe of you? Am I supposed to be impressed? Is your many houses and many cars supposed to make freedom loving people see the error of our ways? I still support your right to butcher the American language, but you have no rights on this board. None, zilch, nada. I will say that your threads are very entertaining. But I also think you are trying to see how hard you can push the button before getting exiled.
  17. I have seen better pics of it. There is a shield of sorts on the front of the cylinder.

    Post Much?!?!

    noob
  19. property owners can ban guns on their property. I support that right. I do not think the amount of land matters. Obama cannot sell roads to Ted Turner. Thats just stupid. The roads belong to tax payers, not your hero. You might as well have asked if the gov't can ban sales to centaurs.
  20. right, its not like the cop is not going to find out about your permit when he runs your DL.
  21. the cylinder on the one pictured in post #1 has an sealed cylinder. No gases are coming from the front of the thing. thats why you could grip it with the forestock. The older BP revolvers with the stock attached to the pistol grip are not enclosed and you cannot safely grip it in front of the cylinder. The new model shooots .410 as it is also a .45 Colt. in case anyone did not know.
  22. no, it was a bottle rocket. That is funny as hell too. I knew someone who baby powered his girlfriend once.
