SUNTZU, you seem wound tight lately. I think Biden's biggest, well one of the biggest problems he has is he is a dork, and his manner of being around people seems poor. Jack I am guessing he hides his wealth better than most. Of course he will recieve a healthy pension when he retires as well as have every helth care need taken care of forever. -
I think your cabinet idea would work fine. Ammo holds up a good long while. As long as it is not exposed to extremes in temp or humidity it should be fine. By extremes I mean hot one day, ice cold the next etc.. Does the room you store in smell musty? If so then it might be a problem.

so is it for real? And I guess our spies must be better, have not read anything about them being nabbed lately.

better than a lot of stuff Hollywood comes up with

Can't ammo be in the box it was purchased in and inside the same piece of luggage as the firearm? I had not problem with this when I flew with my piece. Ammo in a WWB and pistol in a hard sided locked case. i stand corrected
-
Maybe I am wrong but I don't believe you can have locks on your luggage. You must have a lock for your hard sided pistol case, don't confuse the two. Other than the lock on your luggage I believe Broomhead was 100% correct with the procedure for flying with a gun. You may want to have the pistol in the case with the slide locked back to show a clear chamber. I had a problem with this in AZ a couple years ago flying with a handgun. The slide was not locked back and the TSA guy flipped out, police were called. It was a mess.

Biden Calls Custard Shop Owner a Smarta**

I saw the clip, I saw the interview. I do not believe the shop owner was all that mad about it, and I believe Biden thought he was being funny. C'mon, doesn't this F'd up country have better things to worry about than a VP with a poorly timed sense of humor? -
there is nothing in that article that suprises me. I am suprised those are the only restrictions being proposed. What did people expect? it's not like Daley is going to follow common sense. The restrictions will be as elitist as they ( Daley) want them to be. Basically who cares what SCOTUS did.

i find it disturbing that she is the best option BO could come up with. And equally disturbing that we will be stuck with her for a long long time. Well maybe not so long, the country is headed to the dump anyway.

and of course those three words in obama speak mean, amnesty. We all better hope the Dem's lose either the house or Senate this time around. If they maintain a majority this place is done. -

i saw the custard guy and the film clip on Fox yesterday. I am no Biden supporter but I seriously don't know what the big deal is about. It definitely appeared to me to be a joke from custard man and a joking comment in return from the VP. -

I agree with pretty much most of what he posts. -
do all pancake holsters look like those? I would have tio go with number three. Those other holsters look like they are hot. Looks like a good hiding spot too.

I would rather see the bottoms of more boobies than any more pics of disc lips

I hear this and read it so I assume he actually was a community organizer. What does one of these actually do, and was he any good at that either? -

I was unsure where to put it, I figured correctly that if I did it wrong someone would fix it for me. Thanks -

gun ownership will be legal in places like Chicago. I fully expect the hoops to be jumped through and the taxes and fees associated with it will be a defacto handgun ban to people who do not have large amounts of disposable cash. Criminals will still have their sources for guns. So what was really accomplished by this decision? -

Chicago gun ban would be replaced, the city says ... Share | ... if the U.S. Supreme Court strikes it down as unconstitutional. That process would take "days," Chicago Mayor Richard Daley said. UPDATE: The Supreme Court on Monday overturned Chicago's gun ban. More on Chicago Breaking News. Chicago's gun law is a hot-button topic not just in the city, but in the suburbs and nationally, where several advocates for 2nd amendment rights have disputed whether it is even necessary -- many of them in the comments of this blog. The city seems unmoved by those arguments. Earlier, city officials told the Tribune they were considering gun laws from California and Washington D.C. in the event Chicago's current law is struck down. Trib Nation earlier invited readers to vote among the gun law options the city was considering. You can vote, too, after the jump: These are among the replacement laws the city of Chicago says it is considering. Vote for up to five. You'll notice "none of the above" is not an option Chicago is considering. If you think they should -- or if there are other measures you'd suggest -- leave them in the comments below. Thank you. ( there is a poll at the url, of course there is not one option I would vote for) Chicago gun ban would be replaced, the city says ... - Trib Nation -
McDonald v. Chicago SCOTUS Opinion

The Supreme Court ruled Monday that the Constitution's "right to keep and bear arms" applies nationwide as a restraint on the ability of the federal, state and local governments to substantially limit its reach. In doing so, the justices, by a narrow 5-4 margin, signaled that less severe restrictions could survive legal challenges. The ruling involved a 28-year-old handgun ban in the Chicago area. The ruling was a victory for four Chicago-area residents, two gun rights groups and the politically powerful National Rifle Association. It was a defeat for Chicago, which defended its ban as a reasonable exercise of local power to protect public safety. The law and a similar handgun ban in suburban Oak Park, Ill., were the nation's most restrictive gun control measures. Justice Samuel Alito, writing for the court, said the Second Amendment right "applies equally to the federal government and the states." The court was split along familiar ideological lines, with five conservative-moderate justices in favor of gun rights and the four liberals, opposed. time for this thread to come back to the top We did chicken wings on the grill, slathered in hot sauce. Juicy, crispy and hot. They were great. Grilled ears of mixed yellow and white corn to go with it. The corn was bursting with flavor, a little salt, pepper and butter made them delicious. Washed it down with a diet pepsi and am fixing to get the last ice cream sammich outta the freezer.
