  1. I have no clue.  Been down the road before.  Nothing worked.  I guess they moved on cause I don't have them anyore.  I tried pepper,  all kind of commercial stuff too.  You can't run enough water in the holes to drive them out.   If they came back I'd buy rat poison pellets,  it comes in trays.  Turns their guts to cement and they die.   It worked well with Chipmunks   Good Luck!.
  2.   assuming there is such a place it is a given anyway.  :)
  3. good reminder that I need to update some stuff.
  4. lol and in this case is appears it is better to not see.   Still a blank page.
  5. also a good time to teach him how to change out the blades.   All of us could probably use to teach our kids more.
  6. yep, blank page
  7. did you ever take the time to teach him how to properly operate the tractor?  Standing rule here is no matter what, don't touch stuff in the garage without my permission and supervision.   And I know what you mean about mowing, small pleasures.   I wonder what scared the tweaker off?  Sounds like the boy did fine in regards to that.
  8.   I regularly send back unsolicited mail in the prepaid enveloped.  Just stuff it all back inside and give it back.  AARP is my favorite target.
  9. :usa:   It sort of pisses me off when this holiday is credited to anyone wearing a military uniform.   Wearing it doesn't count this time.  Though I respect all who do.   Memorial Day is for those who made the supreme sacrifice.   Thank them very much!
  10. and dragging a shot body into the building is going to be a huge fail.
  11. I would not mind having a pellet gun for "just in case"  but the snap/phht of shooting a air gun is not going to satisfy me like the crack of a .22.   The smell and sound cannot be replicated.   As for over priced .22's.  even at ten or eleven cents a round I can't shoot anything else that cheaply.   You roll your own guys,  I don't care if you can do some centerfire cheaper.  I don't have the time or interest to reload.
  12. i wish I was 20 years younger
  13. Reagan is pretty much over rated.  He was a really good actor.
  14. My wife is totally banned from driving my truck.  I am not sure what scenario would call for handing them keys over, LOL
  15. i want the three minutes back that I spent watching that crap.   It was like watching a Don Dare bit.  Dianne Sawyer is a condescending know it all.
  16. I took it through the Knox County Sheriff's office.  It was totally easy.   Stevie Wonder could pass the shooting part and the class room part is a breeze.   Don't sweat it, I am sure you will do fine.  You are probably over thinking it but I imagine all of us did in anticipation of taking the class and test.
  17. Driving to work one day there had been an accident involving a deer on Middlebrook PK.  Well within city limits,  as I rolled by I was able to slow enough and encourage the policeman to put the deer down,  you could tell it was suffering.  He replied that he was not allowed to.   If I encountered it first I would have called it in and asked if I could do it.  I am guessing now I'd have been told no discharging of firearms in city limits was still the law in this instance.   I worry about hitting them every day.  Lots of deer around my house.
  18. I never intentionally insinuated racism, I now understand why it was mentioned.
  19. interesting points in your post Eric.   BG you did good.   I am curious was your dog paying them any attention?   I'd be pissed if someone was agitating my dog deliberately.     I doubt I'd have called the police either.
  20. got to see him several years ago with George Thorogood.   It was an amazing concert.   I am sure the BB King channel on Sirius will be extra awesome today.
  21. that is about what I saw the other night driving home on the interstate.   Dude in a Superduty blowing black smoke for about a 1/4 mile and a Prius maybe in the right hand lane.   I thought to myself, " damn get your truck fixed"  then I read about Rolling Coal today.   the amount of smoke at one point was dangerous to traffic.
  22.   I did see that yesterday with a link from AOL.  It was pretty darn funny.  The lady did not seem bothered by it and everyone there seemed to LTAO
  23. you mentioned they were black.  What does skin color have to do with this?  If they were white would you have reacted differently?   And fwiw as racist as this sounds black men tend to look younger than they are.  They may have appeared teen-aged but could have been in their twenties.  ( I ID a lot of people and am terrible at guessing black men's ages.)   anyway you did good.  No one got shot or hurt and you did not get cuffed and stuffed.
  24. substitute your least favorite state if the WV reference is troublesome.  Alabama for instance.   Oh wait, that would be about marrying your sister not a goat.
  25. yeah,  plus 1 Ted.   Sam1 what was it?
