US opposes Seoul’s bid to sell old rifles
Mike.357 replied to Tim Nunan's topic in Curio, Relics and Black Powder
these are not critical to availability of these rifles right now. Vontar if you want one of each they are readily available. CMP has a ample supply -
what was described is a seperate standard, there is a school schedule, days off etc... What is not fair is that they get extra days off, the whole school is not off just certain people lay out. They still get all the "normal" time off. Give the Muslim kids off on September 11 too while you are at it.

if you are like me and basically just want to be able to hear the thing without snapping or popping (I am not an audiophile anymore) I would look for one speaker thatis the same size as the one you are replacing. Brand makes no difference. If you can't find one, I would look for speakers that are rated to handle to stereo's output and are less than my budget. Note I have an 11 year old truck with Ford factory speakers and a Pioneer radio/ CD player that was bought back in 93.

Little Caesers, sausage and peperoni, it was pretty good with crushed red pepper on it.

I am surpised they sold it for the price you claim. Certainly they had no obligation to do so. And as well I see you doing nothing wrong but I am not so sure I want a clerk like that working for me. it's a moral dilemna alright

thought for sure you would have added a little something something with iron sights to your stash. And I was not sweating.

I am failing to understand why I would want to do it. What am I missing here?

sounds dangerous to me. If I want to shoot them one at a time I am in enough control to just pull the trigger once. The sounds of the shot fired will still drown out the action of the pistol. It is a suppressor not a silencer
-
kind of cool looking I guess but it is still about pushing buttons especially since it has nothing to do with where the rifle is pointed
-
I will guess it is a firetruck

yep this is actually the first gun show I have attended where I bought nothing more than a Diet Pepsi. No guns, no trinkets, no gee gaws or doo dads. Nothing. Almost bought the GSG 1911 but decided better about it.

maybe it is misspelled for some unknown reason, dunno

I am having a serious case of seller's remorse and am in mourning for the balance of the day. Oh well, had to be done. The boy had a nice time and that's what's important.

thanks Mark, it has been some couple of days. Karin drove back 14 hours last night and this morning on virtually no sleep. She was scared to death the entire time of getting stopped. It was prety stressful last night. I am going on about 3 hours sleep in the last 48 hours. Waiting for the kids to settle down so I can go lights out. The best part of all of this was the smile on Caleb's face when he saw his brother for the first time in near four months.

thanks for all the nice words everyone. I wish I could have you all over for a party. it has been a real good day.

was an epic struggle, the Madden game I mean. Me with the Bengals, Cameron with the Cowboys. Back and forth all the way, I finally went up by 6 then interecepted him and scored on the next offensive play. He was pissed. I am sure I will get a payback tomorrow, LOL final score 63-50

is this correct? The Garand is from 1926? Does not sound right to me. And I thought Carbines were more like 42 or 43?? Oh well I got mine already. -
Oh Shoot is easy to find, just look for a guy who looks like this

PS: and I beat him by 13 on Madden.

here is the thing between Florida and Tennessee. We have orders of protection, that prevent contact between the father and my grandson, a temporary restraining order that is supposed to keep the father from contacting my daughter, and a temporary order of custody that says my daughter is to have the child. Our Florida lawyer said that was good to go, our Tn lawyer said it was good to go, the Chancery Court judge said it was good to go. The judge actually had her do the order of protection before they went off to Florida to get him. All of this stuff was ( according to these legal eagles )supposed to be acknowledged by the Palm Beach County Sheriff. Lo and behold they get down there, go to the PBCSO and they will not do anything. They said they do not go by what TN says. We figured this was a wasted trip, money down the crapper. All of the worst thoughts. I dunno how it happened but my wife got the paternal grandmother to agree that they could have my grandson for a couple of hours last night. They picked up the boy and ran with him. Believe me when I say I get a lot of happiness out of the misery going on down in Boca Raton today. I am also certain they called the PBCSO and were told sorry it is a civil matter. So in the process of trying things my wife and daughter filed for the Ex parte order of emergency pick up. The father cannot file anything other than his motion for an emergency pick up on our case number. ( if that makes sense) So anyway that is supposed to happen Wednesday. I say who cares. The boy is here, we have a TN judge who has said he belongs here. So is a Knox County deputy going to come to my house to carry out an order of pick up from Florida when a TN judge says otherwise? I see no way the Forida judge is going to rule in our favor, but I also don't care based on what the Chancery court judge here has already ruled. And the fact that the boy is here. The TN chancery hearing for custody is Tuesday. The father has not been served papers on this so I am fairly certain the temp order will be extended. The father owes near 10 grand in child support. That alone is my ascertion that he is not fit to be the custodial father. And of course that does not even mention the on again/off again utilities in their house there. So thats where we are right now.

I am pretty sure I will be there with a special Jr. guest

nothing gonna be on the news, no Amber Alerts. Though I did watch for that all night last night. Needless to say they are not very happy with what we pulled off. I had a nasty conversation with the father earlier, totally enjoyed every word of it. And none of the nasty came from me, I just kind of grinned and said good luck. And it seems while the wife and daughter were down there yesterday they filed for a court order, I found out today the court granted a case number, The father can't do anything now. The court will not grant case numbers to two individuals over the same case. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, forgive me for gloating. And aside from that the TN Chancery court already made a few judgements in our favor.. Gotta go, more football to be played.
