I wondered about that. I have never seen a .22 mag semi auto. It seems to me that the skinny, long cartridge would be trouble as far as feeding.

mine is a Ruger single action six, has a .22 cylinder as well as a .22 mag cylinder.

sounds like an equipment issue. I shoot .22 mags with a revolver. Don't honestly think I have ever had a failure no matter what ammo I shot.

I agree open container laws should be cut and dry. I disagree with no open alcoholic container in the vehicle. I may have a bottle of liquor. Drank it last week. Still some left. Going somewhere tonight so I pack it along. I am not drinking nor am I under the influence. So I am doing wrong by mearly transporting? And say me and OS are going to SUNTZU's Dad's basement to hang out. I am tipping a forty. Am I such a danger that OS will cross the double yellow simply because I am having a beer? I don't think so. The .gov should have enough restraint to enforce laws where people actually do harm rather than enforce laws because they assume I will cause harm. Best thing is for the .gov to get the heck out of our lives. You drive down the road, have a gun in the car. Is your passenger going to grab it and start shooting? Same reasoning.

so from what I read, if I had a partial bottle of liquor in my vehicle I could be charged in violation of this law. Actually drinking it would have nothing to do with it all. And maybe we are allowed to have an adult beverage as a passenger because we do not need the .gov making all of our decisions. I wish there were more laws such as this one.

isn't magazine capacity a concern in California? I may be wrong but I don't think you can have a standard capacity mag, has to be lo cap. 10 rounds or less.

Copper Cellar, Smoky Mtn Brewery, Cherokee Grill and Calhouns are all intertwined. The same guy is the honcho of the whole deal. The first time around on the guns in bars thing Chase verbally came out against the new law. But as far as I am aware none of the restaurants under their umbrella are posted or ever were.

I am not sure who my designated carrier might be?? Everyone I hang out with or may go somehwere with does not carry a gun. I refuse to live my life with a gun as the single focus. Often when down there we are staying in town and walk the strip, so no one has to be a DD anyway.

They could post that place and I would not care anyway. If I go there I drink their beer.
