  1. Hudepohl Amber Lager. It is delightful. Found it while eyeballing in the beer aisle just a little bit ago.
  2. is that you back in your pre gray hair days?
  3. well look at the bright side, when she does it again next week your bathroom floor will look familiar.
  4. You found the one I want easily enough. Just coming up with the scratch is the hard part.
  5. The stuff also comes in miniatures, (50 ml bottles) so you can try it for a couple of bucks. I am sure your local package store carries them. That way if it sucks you are not out much, and if you like it you can buy a bigger bottle next time.
  6. I see what you did here, I need one of them catchy pictures to post instead of just typing it.
  7. No, name calling is name calling. I do not believe that saying you were drunk when you committed a crime is any kind of legal excuse. A vast amount of people in prison were under the influence of something when they committed their crime. I know several people who smoke pot regularly , have succesful careers, own homes and have raised their families. I don't know any crack heads. I see what alcohol can do all the time, I know many functioning alcoholics. I know many more people who drink alcohol but don't abuse it nor break laws. It certainly is not black and white. Letereat made a mistake, or maybe he didn't. I don't know and I am not judging him. I will let you do that , you seem pretty good at judging people. Careful not to fall off your lofty perch.
  8. big fun as usual. It was very nice to meet dlm37015. Also loved handling the Mac10. I can't imagine shooting it, the thing felt like it weighed 20 pounds. It was very enjoyable passing some time at his booth, not to mention getting the lowdown on a few people I have heard of here. And had a first time experience too. Never got a hard sell from one of the people I was with. OS got me to buy a pair of Howard Leight electronic ear muffs. The salesman was not pushy at all, could not say the same thing for OS. Anyway he gave a bulk buy discount as OS got a pair too. And topped it off with a trip to Scruggs for some pigburgers, next time I am getting the ribs. yummm
  9. Nothing like a little name calling. Also so we know where things lie, define "drink". I know one big difference between those who drink alcohol and drug users, drinking alcohol is legal. And I am fairly sure sure you just threw a decent percentage of members here under the crack head bus .
  10. not voting is a vote in itself. Of course not voting because you forgot or were drunk or something of the like is not a valid excuse. But if all the candidates just plain suck whats the point of doing it.
  11. I don't know any gun owners who have a compulsive buying disorder.
  12. well you all wanted Haslem. What an out of touch tool.
  13. well that 'splains that.
  14. 25 grains of FFF and a .454 ball. Always worked good for me. If I felt the need to get the ball closer to the edge of the cylinder I would put a little bit of grits in there. Jam in the ball and cover with crisco. Cap the nipples and fire away.
  15. after a discussion today I have some doubt that Letereat made the original post in this thread. It is posted under his name, but that is no guarantee he did it.
  16. Donut Friar in Gatlinburg.
  17. freon tank, or whatever they recharge your home AC with. I swipe them from the dump all the time and use them as rifle targets. At 122 yards .22's will penetrate but not exit, .30 cal makes a pretty good mess of them. I like using leftover food cans filled with water, shoot them from the top down and they are fairly reactive with water coming out the top. Fill up used pop and beer cans with water and the explode on the first hit. I especially like shooting OS's garbage too.
  18. okay guess I will be there at the usual time. Maybe ought to go to Scruggs afterwards for some pigburgers.
  19. I only listen to commercial radio when in a company truck, usually Friday's. I like Hallerin Hill's radio show, well in Knox there is not squat worth listening too on the radio so he is who I found least offensive in the morning. But his freaking self produced info-mmercial style commercials drive me nuts. I hate them like no tomorrow. The volume is instantly dropped or turned flat off. Joe I like the JG Wentworth opera commercials you can't stand. That dang song gets stuck in my head. 877 cash now.......
  20. And your post was so insightful. Lighten up Francis.
  21. So Jamie reappears in a thread about sissified pansies. What's that say? Lol Nice to see you back man.
  22. When we lived outside of Chicago I was a hick. No accounting for labels.
  23. No worries db, bunch a damn Yankee wannabes around here anyway.
  24. Where did I say anyone was name calling?
