Stop Leak or pepper is meant more for an emergency only type fix. Meaning is you develop a leak and need to get to a safe location or to get back home. These products may offer enough of a fix for that to happen. I would not use it in place of properly fixing the radiator. If It was me I would put some black pepper in there and see what it does. But you will need a proper repair.

I am not so sure you really over prepare for a hurricane. Until it happens you never know how bad it is going to be. Sometimes it is the wind, sometimes the rain, sometimes the surge. Slow moving hurricanes or tropical storms always worried me the most. As for generators and preperation supplies in Florida. There are thousands of people who move there every day, ( and a like number leaving) the newbs needs the supplies, those leaving never seem to leave the supplies behind. If you have not prepped for one and/or rode one out you just don't know.

I like OS's Neo, but as far as 250 dollar semi auto .22's it is real hard to beat a Ruger MkIII. A lot of the argument is why people say get a 10/22. Lots of upgrades available and it is darn nice right out of the box. Runs any brand of ammo. You might get something as good, but you won't find one better.
