  1. My droid pro does not like high humidity, it totally wigs out on occassion from it. That is the only negative i have with it. It is every bit as fast on the webz as any pc or laptop i use. Gps is very user friendly.
  2. Gotta agree with MikeG. This was not Todd's first attempt at drunk driving. Yeah drunk drivers all do it the first time once but if they get away with it then they keep on doing it. I will venture a guess that Todd felt above the law due to his cop background and political career. I doubt the gun was ever near as much a danger as the guys gas pedal.
  3. Bob's is pretty much the best package store in Knoxville. I think he is top five in volume in the entire state. When you buy from there ask for the red tag discount, the cashier will hit some button on the register and you get a near 10% discount. ( except on sale items and 1.75 liter bottles, they are at case price already so you would be getting better than 10 percent on it anyway) All you gotta do is ask.
  4. if you like Bock beer you'll love Celebrator. If you like Stout beer try Samuel Smith. There is a low alcohol version of Sam Smith but thats not ours. Most high alcohol beers in liquor stores are sold by the bottle so it is easy to pick up and try several kinds. We have been selling a lot of Rogue dbl chocolate and Rogue Dbl Mocha if you like heavy beers, must be good stuff.
  5. I am the warehouse manager for a wine and spirits distributor in Knoxville. We service from as far east as Bristol to as far west as Crossville and all points in between that have package stores. Celebrator is one of our products.
  6. thanks for your support BK pretty much any liquor store in JC or Knox and points in between
  7. Absolutely agree with you. If you wanna drink in public you give up being able to use a gun. At home no
  8. No. What he said was if you are going to drink put your gun in the safe. So even if drinking at home you should not be able to use it to defend yourself. I will concede that in public but not at my castle.
  9. there is only one country over there I trust at all, and the Saudi's aren't it.
  10. Unless you are stone cold sober you should not blow. Its a no brainer.
  11. Where is it alledged he was drinking in public and carrying his gun?
  12. If you are at home and drunk and someone breaks in with intent to kill you do you not have a right to use a gun for defense? A good shoot is still a good shoot.
  13. Past my bedtime gonna wait a day and use On Demand
  14. I guess Curry gives this thread relevance again.
  15. I am willing to bet he is never convicted of DUI, and at that point having a gun is moot. Either way he is a dumb ass.
  16. What .22 rifle to buy. And i assumed the OP meant a subforum here.
  17. I believe we will never see it legalized for general usage until the man can come up with a practical way to tell if someone smoked it an hour ago. As it is now tests only show an amount of THC in the system. Did it get there a month ago? A week? Ten minutes? No way to tell. You post makes valid points all the way through it.
  18. limited markets is literally impossible. Newport and Gatlinburg are sold to by wholesale distributors here in Knoxville. There is no way it is going into the cesspool that is Newport and not going to be sold in the multitude of stores in Knoxville. Before it could be sold retail in TN Sutton's would need a contract with regional distributors here in TN. There are a lot of pot farmers who support their families off of their weed. I dare say there are communities that subsist because of the cash flow created by growing and selling pot. I am not sure how that is altogether different than moonshiners back in the day.
  19. Big and slow, i resemble that remark. Nice boolits Mike G
  20. Thanks for the headsup on network and time
  21. Seen the moonshine show. They ought to make a show about meth labs and how wonderful those guys are
  22. What network and time is this on?
  23. I guess i don't understand the glorification of a criminal. And fwiw moonshine is not good. It tastes terrible.
  24. ND will only join a conference when being in one is the only way to have a chance at a national title. They make good money from NBC but i guess they make more from not having to share licensing fees for apparel and souveniers.
