  1. Don't much matter really. The state will vote for Obozo in the fall anyway.
  2. It appears to me that the only person who knows what happened was the shooter. And certainly there is real possibilty the kid was up to no good.
  3. I would not be suprised if more states including TN tried to push for this. We ain't exactly got the best gun laws here already. They chip away at our rights little by little and brainwash our youth.
  4. For a short term investment ammo might be better. Buy it cheap and stack it deep now. Come September sell it for half again what you paid toay.
  5. Happens every spring up there. The bangers have an entire winter's worth of revenge to extract.
  6. Manning was too smart to go to Nashville. I don't like him but there is no denying that he is smart and a great player.
  7. I have conversations sometimes with the 9 year old grandson about different scenarios and what we would do. He wishes there were zombies so he could snipe 'em. And he also told me he would rather be a zombie than be dead because zombies get to walk around anyway.
  8. A little relief from reality can be a good thing.
  9. I had an AK at the shoot. And i could of sworn Mechanics post said thumbs not hands. Wth?
  10. we all saw the last episode. so my topic is what are you gonna do? Not what are you gonna do according to the last episode, but what are you gonna do according to your situation? Zombies have over run your location. You thought you were safe, now you are not. Hundred's of walkers are on you. You have ammo but there is a ridiculous amount of walkers on top of you. What is your plan? Myself, I am on the roof. I have seen them coming. I have thousands of rounds. I am using an AK as my self defense rifle. I can make head shots, but my rifle is sighted in at 100 yards. In seconds I have hundreds of walkers inside of 100 yards. What do we do? I shoot like a crazy person. I can make head shots. I am guessing maybe under stress one out of four shots are heads. So I see 400 walkers and I am thinning the herd by 25 out of 100 shots. I would have had a shooting nest set up on the roof. I am good to go for a long while. But I can't stay up on the roof forever. They are all around me. they are grabbing at my gutters not making progress but I have no point of safe egress. What are you doing? I am staying on the roof. I hope I have enough water to last as long as my ammo. I am sliding off the roof at my first chance. I am certain one or two of my three person team has been grabbed. I am on the run with my remaining teammate. Shooting on the run. I have done my best, we made it to a car and are on the road self preserved. What did you do?
  11. Okay, thats funny as hell. LOLOLOLOLOLOL
  12. I watched it for the third time just now. . I think Carl missed who he was aiming at.
  13. send your big brother over to beat him up.
  14. I'd have a battle rifle tucked up in the trunk, but thats just me.
  15. Big fun today even if it was soggy as a frogs butt when we first got there. Drove down in a steady drizzle. It was not looking good at first, but a check of the radar showed all clear once the band of rain passed by. No sign of Dub at first so I called him. He did not sound real happy. Seems his truck was stuck on the steep trail. That trail was slicker than bucket of eels , the truck was off the trail and resting against a small tree. The tree actually probably saved a very big problem and kept the truck sort of on the trail. Dub figured the best way to get unstuck was to cut the tree down, no saw to be found but I did have a hatchet in the toolbox. Ian and Mac worked on the tree like a couple of beavers and had it lopped down in short order. The plan worked great, Ian was able to fire the truck up and cut the wheel, it spun a bit and went back up onto the trail. He backed it quite a ways down the mudhill to flat ground. It was awesome We had a great time, as the day wore on the sun was shining and it ended up being great weather. But it was very wet and muddy early on, the trail the truck was on was totally wet mooshy mud. I did not need the boots by the time we left but I had dry feet the whole time. Not sure who else of the early arrivals could say that. Them boots are the shizz. We had not been shooting all that long when the neighbor came by. Two year old taking a nap, common courtesy, and high powered rifles. The guy was so stereotypical it really was funny. Now if I had lived there I would have come over bitching, but it would have been because I had not been invited. And I would have been toting my guns inviting myself to join in the mayem. And of course it is never an official meet and shoot unless John E Law comes to the party. Our lawman was very personable and sort of laughed that he had to come out. Seems everyone in a 7 mile area had called on the noise. He was just doing his job and never once asked us to stop shooting. Of course he did ask if we knew some guy named Neil who goes by the handle LumberJack, seems they were looking for him about some donkey porn collection they found in a storage unit. No worres Neil, we all denied every hearing of you. I am pretty sure Kwe's .308 Saiga is what was drawing the unwanted attention. Aside from a .50 cal I have heard before that was the loudest rifle I have ever been around. It sounded like a bazooka. Was nice meeting everyone. And special thanks to Ian, and especially his friend who let us shoot the crap out of his little hollow. Thanks, it was very much appreciated that you hosted us hooligans.
  16. I am not following why you are watering down the PGA, why not just use less of it? Or just use equal quantities in your cocktails? Smirnoff has a distinct taste, which I am sure they take pride in. Most vodka's have a distinct taste. Other than price point therir individual taste is what sets them apart from the others. Looking forward to more of your reviews.
  17. http://www.malibucollision.com/ They have worked on my truck a couple of times ,they do good body work. New truck, I"d pay extra to have it fixed back to like new condition. Any quality body shop wil be quoting a very similar price. They all work off the same software for doing estimates. Definitely pay extra for paint blending. IIRC your truck is white, should not be too difficult. Though subtle tones in any color vary from different batches of paint. or you could just do it yourself https://www.asseenon...il.php?p=296307
  18. I ain't got nothing against AR's I just really don't want to adopt any new calibers.
  19. I have been axed if the ammo was for a rifle or a pistol. I simply answered "yes"
  20. Jealous. A pump 22 is sorely missing from my collection
  21. The warden knows better than to think she can use my truck. In over thirteen years she has drove it two times. And her denting my door is still a very sore spot. I don't wheel her car either, just stuck paying for it, LOL
  22. Not sure what "its just a truck"means I have a baseball sized dent in my passenger door. Put there by the wife when she backed into it with her moms car. Same spot i always park in. It never ends with wives damaging husbands rides. It also had been keyed within the first year i had it. Got that fixed. Now thirteen years later it just has a lot of character. And the yellow pole she hit in your new truck is called a ballard.
  23. Can't answer any taste questions about PGA. I don't drink it. As far as getting drunk on it vs. Vodka your math looks right. Be aware, that some labels of pga are lower in proof than others. All aren't 190.
  24. A cigarette wil not ignite PGA. Only open flame would do that. I have not done many burn experiments with liquor. When you burn it the alcohol content will drop. The PGA we stock is 190 proof. A lot of what we sell I believe is used by bootleggers to make Apple Pie moonshine. Making that will drop the proof by about half. Most vodka is 80 proof. So pga is well over twice as potent. If i was desperate enough to drink it I would use a table spoon full in place of a shot.. I have a leaker in the warehouse I use to clean drip marks on the floor left by the forklifts.
