  1. You need an attorney versed in TN law. Armchair commandos here aren't qualified.
  2. Just do it through the mail Ken. It is a heck of a lot easier than going to Straw Plains.
  3. How dare someone be a post whore
  4. "being as this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world" All the reason one needs
  5. never seen a posted gas station or quickie mart before. Not so much a fan of OC but to each their own. It's legal here so have at it.
  6. buying it in MS does not make it any more legal assuming the seller resides in TN. If so this is about the dumbest thing I have ever read here. And that is really saying something.
  7. More amazing that could load the mags. Good on him.
  8. Heck you might as well do the transfer on a campus. Seeing as it is already illegal to buy ftf from out of your home state.
  9. Why were you reholstering? Maybe he assumed you had been up to no good. Agree that once it was established you had a permit he should of put on a happy face.
  10. I would guess April's employer would prohibit her from carrying at work.
  11. Anything short of a cop lynching is gonna bring claims of favoritism. Maybe, just maybe the cops did nothing wrong.
  12. Craigs list just never sounds like a place i want to go. basically if i feel i must be armed to meet someone or go somewhere that in itself is a big red flag to not go. Good luck with your purchase
  13. there is nothing wrong with properly attaching posts to the stock of the gun. I would first ask what do you do with the rifle and why do you feel a need to put a sling on it?
  14. Just checked mine, no dust bunnies. Thanks for posting Erik
  15. Yep cdl has nothing to do with carrying.
  16. I thought at the CDC the guy showed the brainstem came back, if so i am not sure how they are killing all the walkers
  17. The majority in this country want some form of socialism, whether they will admit it or not. Ron Paul is the exception to the rule.
  18. I don't name guns. My grandson though calls the AK my girlfriend. He says I love it better than anything else. I suppose he is right.
  19. I am very glad she did not get convicted of a felony. Hopefully she will not have to give up her guns for any period of time. The financial hit I am sure she took in this deal is punishment plenty enough. I do wonder why NYC backed off of the felony charge though.
  20. yep, nothing wrong with the springs, bend the feed lips in.
  21. there is no law against having a firearm in a commercial vehicle. There is no law against having a firearm in church. I can see no reason why carrying with a valid HCP is violating the law while you drive a church bus.
  22. The Hi Point 995TS i own and a Keltec i have shot are both good rifles Nothing really bad to say about either. Both are good to at least a hundred yards. The Keltec folds up for added compactness and uses magazines that fit Glock, Berreta and Sig handguns IIRC. So if you have one of these that are compatible you have the added value of mag sharing. For me i get a better cheek weld with the Hi Point and the stock is more comfortable.
  23. You insulin guys don't want to read One Second After.
  24. There are only a few tator vodkas in my market. They have distinct flavor too. If you have not tried Vikingfjord I highly recommend it. It is tator based
  25. How does someone just up and quit on their fav team? I think the Broncos ought to keep Tebow. Maybe he coud learn from Manning.
