  1.     I have bought ammo from SG before,  good reputable folks imho   and I reiterate, I am sooooo glad I never got ate up with the AR thing, Glocks to for that matter.
  2. I will sell one 30 round steel AK mag for 200 beans.   Ban me for trying to sell without a proper membership,  but there you have it  200 bucks.   and for fwiw if I make a deal here to sell it I will donate the 200 bucks to Tungsten's favorite charity.
  3. I'd  volunteer to go kick his ass.  I ain't even a fighter, just ask your woman ;)   But I'd only go as far as to kick his ass into the Atlantic,  he can swim the rest of the way.
  4. i made sure I had all the guns and accessories I felt I needed a couple of years ago.  My feelings on that have not changed.   The AK was the last piece of the puzzle.   I wish I had money to buy more .22 rounds.  That is what I primarily shoot for recreation, and I am way too low on what i wish I had.  But I ain't spending money I don't have on it, just gotta conserve I guess.   And I am very glad I never got bitten by that nasty AR bug.
  5. I received an email today from someone. I have no clue who it was from.  Anyway I have decided to share it.  It is good fodder for some real tinfoil hat type discussion.   There are no sources cited and I have no idea why it was sent to me.   Read it and if you care to then post up some thoughts.  If a mod feels it belongs in another subforum feel free to move it.   I found it interesting and while it made me say whiskey tango foxtrot I do not see it as totally out of the realm of the believable.   So with no further ado...   "The primary-school shooting in Newtown, Connecticut, approximately 45 miles from the Colt Arms Factory, is just another one in the long line of government psyops designed to persuade the public to allow the government to take away their guns, and their means to defend themselves against the government and the banksters that the politicians really serve. The small children murders are designed to create hysterical emotions in women to get them to demand that guns are banned. If that doesn’t work they will continue with their evil agenda with worse and worse atrocities on younger children, until they get their way and disarm the people, so that they cannot fight back against government tyranny. Newtown is the U.S.A.’s Dunblane, which was orchestrated in Scotland in 1996 by the British establishment, to whip up hysteria in order to ban all handguns from the U.K. It was a follow-up to the Hungerford Massacre in England in 1987, which was carried out by mind-controlled Michael Ryan, who then shot himself so he could not be questioned, and it was used to ban semi-automatic rifles and shotguns. It’s always the same people behind it – the gun-grabbers who want the people to be defenceless against the gun-grabbers’ employers – the banksters who own all of the politicians. They get their politicians to pass legislation for them, in order to remove the people’s freedoms and means of defending themselves, and enslave them in a draconian police-state, under a mountain of debt, and then exterminate the useless-eaters. The Dunblane massacre was supposedly carried out by Thomas Hamilton, who was a paedophile and procurer of children, for a high level paedophile ring involving senior members of the Tony Blair Labour-Party shadow-cabinet and others. The massacre served two purposes, it achieved their desired handgun-ban and killed the abused children, so they could not be witnesses against the elite-paedophiles. They then had the findings of the inquiry sealed for 100 years, which is proof of the above. Like Newtown there were two shooters, Hamilton and a hit-man who shot Hamilton and made it look like Hamilton committed suicide after shooting 16 children, so that he couldn’t be questioned. Hamilton was found in the school gymnasium slumped against a wall and still gurgling, when an off-duty policeman PC Grant McCutcheon entered the gym and saw two semi-automatic pistols, one on either side of Hamilton’s body. The autopsy revealed that Hamilton was killed with a .38 revolver. These people always slip-up with their crimes. There was no .38 revolver for him to have shot himself with. Thus, there was a second shooter who killed Hamilton. Similarly, the first reports from Newtown were of two shooters, just like mind-controlled James Holmes in the Denver Batman Cinema massacre, the story then quickly changes to just one. Columbine was similar, in that a team of shooters in black outfits were seen there and the two accused were on mind-altering prescription-drugs. Wake up and see the pattern and their modus operandi and don’t fall for it. Never let them take your guns, except from your cold dead hands. All of these are staged events to whip-up hysterical public support for banning the people from having guns. It works the same in every country – Hungerford in England, Dunblane in Scotland, Port Arthur in Australia and the list in America is endless, because of the Second Amendment and the people having a pro-gun culture. That makes it much more difficult to break the Americans’ love of guns and the Second Amendment, which was put in place to protect the people from the government. Gun bans work well for tyrants. They worked well for Hitler, Stalin and Chairman Mao, to name just three. If you want to stop these massacres, wake-up and get rid of the banksters, their puppet-politicians and all gun-grabbers; arm teachers and ban gun-free zones. From one who can see the pattern and hopes to enable you to see it too."
  6. QFT They are going to sling EVERYTHING against the wall and see what sticks to it.
  7. I do not see any room for compromise in the phrase "shall not be infringed". 2A has been watered down enough already.
  8. nothing like blaming the horse because the jockey rode it into a ditch
  9. I like to think I support the entire constitution.   Limiting the first amendment makes as much sense as gun control does.
  10. I believe a simple mention of it and extending sympathy to those involved would have been appropriate and sufficient.
  11. simple preaching to the choir.   Those who are anti gun aren't going to read it and even of they did read it their contentions would not be swayed.
  12. I only saw a bit on the news of obama.  He appeared genuine to me.  I don't know how a parent could speak about it and not be somewhat emotional.  I know I could not wait to get home last night and hug my grandkids a little bit.  One a five year old in kindergarten.  I am pretty sure my eyes watered even if I did not have to wipe the tears away.   He is damned no matter what on this.  If talks about it he is making politcal hay, if he had ignored it he would be criticized for that.   A push for gun control is coming, this event does not effect that.  It was going to happen anyway.
  13. throw it in the trash and think about it no further. It is not a nuclear bomb yanno.
  14. at minimum Jones has shown he can beat Vandy. that in itself is a step in the right direction. He is a proven winner though I doubt that is enough for most Vol fans who have totally unreal expectations about their program.
  15. i miss strel, that guys posts were pure win
  16. where is the Rabbi?
  17. Manti Te'o won the Maxwell tonight and Kelly was named coach of the year. This season just keeps on getting better for us ND guys. In all honesty the Maxwell really is the premier award for a college football player, it is awarded by coaches not reporters. IIRC it is the first time since 1980 a defensive player has won it. if Te'o does not win the Heisman on Saturday I won't really care. It is basically an offensive award anyway. At this point, nothing can diminish what a wonderful football season this has been for us. All that can happen is icing on the cake.
  18. sounds like a fair trade, but I still wanna know what wine you got, LOL
  19. the real shame is it is not so much a day that lives in infamy anymore. I am very doubtful it will be on the front page on the News Sentinel tomorrow. How quick we forget. I am going to quiz the oldest grandson tomorrow and see if anything was taught about December 7 in school this day.
  20. If you trust him loan him the gun. Clearly it is legal. No need for paperwork. If you feel the need for paperwork then don't do it at all. I am not sure how you could be held liable for anything he does with the gun.
  21. so what did you give up to gain these goodies? What wine did you get?
  22. why'd ya get out your drivers license if you weren't driving?
  23. I am pretty sure the shotgun is closer to the truth
  24. they are just Thunderbolts, no big deal if they spilled.
  25. Fvck Haslem! Who is he to decide that adults cannot have the most current tool to defend themselves. All that will happen if a bill is passed regarding guns in cars is HCP holders will get screwed.
