  1. I've got one Geissele and a several MBTs. I think the G trigger may be a hair better but not worth the price difference. All my rifles are hunting or home defense guns so the Larue is more than enough for me and of course much better than a mil-spec. I know their are better triggers for long range precision shooters but I don't believe they'd serve me any better than what I have.
  2. Couple with the new Leupold mounted
  3. I hunt with a Dead Air Nomad 30 on my 308, Nomad 30LT on 7mm-08, and Otter Creek Polo 30 on both my 6.8SPCs. I know everyone tends to be biased what they use but im very happy with mine, especially the Nomads. Pic from last Sunday
  4. 1990 model JM Marlin. Seems like I always carry my other more well used Marlin 35 into the woods so I decided to let this one go. Scoped has been swapped since pictures for a 1.5x4x20 Leupold VX Freedom. Mount is a DNZ Gamereaper. I will take $1100 for everything or bare gun for $900. Limited trade interest would be older hunting rifles like Remington 700s, Ruger m77 especially bolt paddle stocks, Marlin 45-70, something in 280AI, big bore revolver, nice optics???? I'll try to get some new pics tonight after we get back from Thanksgiving with the family
  5. Yup, good guy to have around, hopefully he grows up to eat many rats!
  6. Yes, they evacuated downtown as well as most places along the river. My neighbor works at the funeral home, they were evacuated and had to find a safe place to take the bodies before they left. I spent most of the day listening to the scanner, it was scary. Lots of swift water rescues and such going on.
  7. We lost water here in Newport last night, but thankfully still have electricity. I know so many have lost their homes and businesses and some probably lost their life. Please send prayers to those affected.
  8. Another lanolin/alcohol user here. https://www.ar15.com/forums/armory/Case-Lube-for-cheap-bastards/42-305174/
  9. Very fun little guns. I sold one on here years ago then replaced it with the threaded version. Both were/are very reliable. Good deal!
  10. They engraved my SBR also. Can't recommend them enough for anything NFA related.
  11. No idea on current wait times. When I did my SBR, a couple years ago, my form 1 with a trust took about 70 days. Hopefully your wait will be much shorter.
  12. Just had my quickest ever form 4 approved at 102 days. Still have another at 127 days pending. So much for the order they're received. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come. 175 was the previous fastest and had one that took 300 days exactly.
  13. Congrats! My last one was approved at 171 days, all the others were 275-300. Hopefully times will continue to drop. Currently waiting on 2 at 86 and 61 days. Look forward to hearing how you like the Obsidian.
  14. I'll take them.

  17. wish somebody would buy my Beretta 92fs, I'm a sucker for 10mm pistols.
  18. Older model US made stainless Beretta 92sf. Picked up from a coworker that inherited it from his father in law. Was supposed to be unfired until then. He said he put 400 rounds thru it since. Gun comes with 2 mags, original plastic box, and original cardboard outer box. Looking for $650 or trade. I like JM marlins, hunting rifles especially with threaded barrels, 9mm threaded hosts, 357/38 levergun or ????
  19. My wallet and wife are so glad this isn't a threaded barrel model and your not closer!
