When he closes his business he must send them to the " ATF OUT of Business Division" where they scan one million documents per day and file them on microflitch for future traces.It is illegal to store them on a computer for a registry but not to scan them and file them for future traces.

Background checks run through TICS are good for 30 days. If for some reason you need to come back later and pick up the gun, the dealer can use the background check for up to the 30 days. However if you buy a second gun at a later time ( even the same day ) another background check is required.

Take a couple of road flares. They smoke like crazy and smell but they are super hot and burn for 15 minutes. I have started lots of wet brush fires burning with them. They are so hot that I have started a fire from a pile of coal along the railroad track with no kindling.

They will never go door to door. What they will do is give us a 90 day amnesty period to turn them in. After that , anyone caught with one will get an automatic 10 year prison sentence with no chance of parole. When the local police come to your house one day because you and your wife have an argument and she tells them you own a gun they will send you away for 10 years. After your friends see what happens to you, most of them will get rid of their firearms.

Not sure where they are putting me. It will be against the wall is all I know. The environment was too good for me, Oh Shoot. I have gotten so busy that I have had to hire extra help. When it quits being a hobby and becomes a job all the fun is gone and it's time to do something else. Been averaging selling about 5 guns a day but it is a madhouse at times.The stress is beginning to get to me. I am going to build a house on the lake and really retire.

Going to try and make enough on the Shield and a couple of the other high demand models like the SP101's to pay my show expenses and sell the others at about cost.

Natchez and Chattanooga Shooters are sister companies. Chattanooga Shooters Supply is a wholesale only distributor and runs a truck weekly to dealers within about a 100 mile radius. Several small gun dealers like myself buy several thousand dollars per week from them because of their free delivery and good customer service. Natchez sells the same products for the same prices to individuals. If Natchez sold to Individuals at the same price that Chattanooga Shooters sells to the dealers, then the dealers would buy elsewhere.

One of our local shops is taking deposits for orders. Just heard they have 112 people waiting on one. They will come down to reasonable prices, but probably not this year.

You can ship a long gun or even a handgun in state. Must use UPS or FedEx. No postal service shipping. UPS does not require next day air on long guns like they do for handguns.

Wish you were in East Tenn. I just got a new one from my distributor yesterday. We sell them for $619.00.

If you plan to take care of it any quality gun you like will be fine. If you plan to use it like a chainsaw, better get a Glock. Thats why cops carry them. They work for years with lots of neglect and very little maintenance.

About the only tool you will need on a Glock is a 1/8 inch punch. For your other tools the best bet is Brownells.com.
