The seat mounts and seatbelt mounts are bolted to the frame I used a similar design in my truck I took 1/4” flat iron and made a mount secured to the same ports as the seat and then tapped the plate and secured the safe they will move to the next vehicle because most theft is vehicle but they aren’t safe crackers
