I bought mine from Spartan, safe of Murfreesboro and used a virtual card made by AFFIRM on six months same as cash. AFFIRM still has not refunded my money. THE SAFE COST $1538 AND I HAD ALREADY PAID THEM BACK OVER $1300 in three months. First AFFIRM told me it would take 3 to 5 days to resolve, then had posted on the website 22 days typically, now I am being told 30 to 90 days. I will probably never see my money back! I won’t buy anything thru them again either.

Sorry to hear about your loss as well. That’s why I bought a safe as well because I inherited my dad’s guns and he had several. I lost him in August, and lost my stepmother in September! Now, the scum, sucking lowlifes, basically steal our money and it’s a scam because they didn’t even order the safe that I paid for! I spoke with Liberty safe the other day and they said the spartan safe Had it in the system, but never paid for it!

Spartan Safe/Chandler is clearly the ones in the wrong from what I know or have read and researched so far. However, by having liberty safe on the front of their store it is very misleading.

I received the same bankruptcy letter today! I was duped for $1538.00. I Probably will never see the safe I ordered or my money back! If they are not ordering the safes, isn’t that fraud? I’m furious!

I bought a Gun Safe from Spartan Safe on 9/23/22. I emailed them this past Sunday about status of my order and received an automated response that had a link about filing for a refund. I then tried to call this week and looked at their website and I guess they closed permanently. I read several of your posts and I am in the same boat as a lot of you. I paid $1538 on a virtual visa credit card that I created through Affirm. I reported it to them and they have not done anything about it. I am not really sure where this will go, but nobody from Spartan Safe, Liberty Safe, nor affirm have called me back. If any of you have suggestions I would appreciate any feedback. I’m extremely pissed off and infuriated about the situation.
