  1. I’ll take it. Sending pm.
  2. If you will mail the sling I’ll take it plus shipping. Pm me if so please.
  3. If you bought it a year plus ago it was a different manufacturer. It used to be just rebranded magtech out of Brazil I believe. I think they switched the manufacturer to ZSR a Turkish brand that’s relabeled as a few more American sounding stuff when it’s imported. I’ve shot a few thousand rounds of that ZSR in the beginning of COVID price spikes and was fine with it, but people have differing reports, especially with a batch or two of 5.56. All this info is off of memory and pieced together from different forums but I think that’s how I remember it. I may have a Glock range mag from a batch I bought last year and can check the stamp at some point.
  4. I know it’s a hike. But if you find yourself in the Nashville or Murfreesboro area have a Glock 17 in great shape I’d trade.
  5. I appreciated the description, and whole heartedly agree. GLWS.
  6. Check around holidays and there are some steals on stripped complete uppers.
  7. https://www.schuylerarmsco.com/manufacturers/aero-precision-993 My go to for aero. Small shop, built in house, no tax and reasonable fast shipping.
  8. They’ve made unbelievable strides in the non alcoholic beer market. Went to trivia at a brewery. They had a local NA Pilsner that had me question it was non alcoholic. Heineken zero, athletic brew has a range from ipa to domestic style and such, sam Adam’s, Sierra Nevada, there’s a lot more options in the past three years than previously. I forget the local company but it scratched the itch.
  9. Any chance you would want a glock17 somebody may have sold to me “still with the factory grease and one mag through it”. Only ask because I think a couple weeks ago you posted about wanting one. I love my canik and would love another over a Glock.
  10. I guess I was so used to being up north that I never really thought about it. So the ones that start to fly over Davidson county around September or October I’m their Flying V formation, are those fair game? Feel like I always see them some time around the fall solstice for a few weeks at a time.
  11. Following. I didn’t do much research into the subject but I always thought Canadian geese were “migratory birds” or something like that and thus not able to be hunted. I did minimal research, reaching to see if anyone has an answer. Thanks.
  12. I think this is such a cool little gun, the muzzle flash at dark is sure to get a few smiles when plinking. I think the only other time I remember seeing one of these even mentioned on the forum was like 2021. https://skogensgunsupply.com/product-details?id=986941 I just did a quick ammoseek because I was curious if round price and this stood out. I’ve ordered from skogens a bunch. Packaged well and no tax (unless they hit their state threshold and now charge). Free shipping at $300. If you remember and post a follow up would be reading for your opinion. Looks awesome though.
  13. Weekend bump to try to finish Xmas gifts.
  14. I noticed it immediately when you posted your hunting thread and picture. Nice work!
  15. Did the Black Friday ammo search. https://www.academy.com/p/monarch-9mm-luger-115-grain-fmj-centerfire-ammunition-250-rounds - used to be rebranded magtech. Internet is saying it’s now zsr. Have shot a few thousand of both, WWB level dirty but goes bang. 5% off w academy card. Don’t know this vendor. Free ship over $100, no tax. https://www.greentop.com/cci-0030-mini-mag-hv-rimfire-ammo-22-lr-cprn-40-grains-1235-fps/ 8cpr. https://www.greentop.com/magtech-9a-sport-shooting-pistol-ammo-9mm-fmj-115-gr-1135-fps-50/ 22cpr. Happy holiday weekend.
  16. Remember Covid, not enough for what they’ve got cooking up next. Usually gets a chuckle.
  17. I had stumbled up a bunch of extra parts when I was trying to find extra mags. The good news is that since people are printing them a few people are machining replacement parts. I tried to find a website I found quickly that had more or less a spare parts kit in a bag for $20. https://www.deltateamtactical.com/stainless-steel-raven-p-mp-model-raven-firing-pin-80896.html $5 for a firing pin isn’t too bad, I’m sure they whack you on shipping.
  18. I will pick these up tomorrow as well. Thanks.

I read this quickly and thought the “estimated 3,500” was amount of squirrels you had taken out. I then proceeded to picture a man I’d never met wearing a Davy Crockett hat next to a Genghis Kahn like pile of rodents just stacked as a warning to the others. Admittedly spent too much time trying to picture what a mound of dead tree rats would be in height in width, caloric intake on an average of 3-4 squirrels a day (factored in a standard 50 week year with two week vacation), how many batches you could make in a crockpot, etc. In other news, I am now officially not impressed with the new brand of coffee I bought after straying from my tried and true of over a decade. Best of luck!
  20. I’m surprised this is still here. I fear no one has disposable income anymore.
  21. Sending pm.
  22. Thanks for the response. My work finds me inside peoples homes, I’ve thought of getting it in the case that someone were to get injured or falsely accuse me of something inappropriate. I also do the occasion event job involving alcohol for some extra spending money and have thought that would protect me if someone got into some sort of accident and blanket sued everyone from the top down. The firearm portion is enough that I’ll heavily consider it when I shop my home owners insurance in the upcoming months. Thank you for for your input.
