  1. I’d give an edge to Honda based purely on personal experience.
  2. Nice!
  3. As a kid, I had a Yamaha DT 175 Enduro and later a DT 360 Enduro. Those were great bikes. I wish you could still find them in riding condition for a decent price.
  4. Again, I would suggest a call/drive up to Gamaliel Shooting Supply in Gamaliel, Kentucky. No idea if they have the exact model you seek, but it wouldn't hurt to call and ask.
  5. I was referring to the tv character. Most Hollywood actors are peckerheads in real life.
  6. My goal is to wear out a set of tires before summer is over.
  7. He definitely livened the place up.
  8. No kidding! This gentleman has/had a very admirable collection. It is sad to see he apparently needs to sell it.
  9. No doubt he was.
  10. Thanks again for all the suggestions. This place is a wealth of information. I despise Pigeon Forge, but really enjoyed Townsend. I’ve got to get my bike up there this summer to ride the Dragon’s Tail. Don’t tell everybody about Townsend, or it’ll get crowded too.
  11. It is a great thing. I’ve been riding since before you were born. I took a class last year with my younger son. I learned several things that have made me a better driver as well as a better bike rider. As far as the moped, not a bad idea. I’ll also tell you my Harley gets 45-50mpg if you need a selling point to appease your wife.
  12. If you really want to be sick, peruse “Tennessee Tax Map” and see what your elderly neighbors paid for their farms.
  13. I’d suggest going to the Guntersville end. We were up towards Scottsboro, and the whole lake was full of grass. Like fishing in a flooded hay field.
  14. I did not know this. Many thanks for the education, sir.
  15. This would make a good tutorial as to “how not to place a for sale ad.” Any way we could get a price and description on the two Colt SAAs?
  16. Thanks for the info. We stayed at a place at Guntersville Lake a couple of years back. Going down a Deliverance type road, we suddenly encountered a “Road Closed” sign. According to Mapquest, it was going to be about a 40 mile trip to detour. Wife asked “What do we do now?” I told her we were going to see just how “closed” it was. First time I ever went 4 wheeling while towing a bass boat. We made it.
  17. LOL! You’ll eventually get far enough away from Memphis.
  18. Today, where ever you can find it. If you ever get toward Mt. Juliet, The Reloader’s Bench is probably your best bet.
  19. Makes me no difference to me. I just thought the OP was a peckerhead. Turns out I wasn’t wrong.
  20. I considered Red Foreman a mentor.
  21. That looks pretty handy. Isn’t the length of pull awfully short though?
  22. You devil!!!
  23. Knock yourself out!
  24. Honestly, you come off as a jerk. In person, that might be different. It isn't that I disagree with you. I simply do not care for your delivery.
  25. You're the boss. Keep on preaching.
