First, I can't view Fox news website. Apparently I have an ad blocker the object to. Second, After a web search and reading other articles, it isn't clear to me how authorities knew the suspect had a firearm after the tour, but not before. Honestly, like most reporting these days, I'd need a lot more information to form a valid opinion. This is an odd story, no doubt. You are correct that very few folks take pride in their job now; especially government employees.
