Since I’m a dumbass. I have chosen dollar cost averaging as my chief strategy. I buy a predetermined amount of several different mutual funds each month, regardless of what current market conditions show. It has treaded me well for decades now. Your mileage may vary.

My wife got back in the Taco business. A 23 model with 35k miles. Mt word, they've gotten expensive! This one ought to last us a long time. I really want to get one with the 6cyl before they all disappeared. The new turbo 4cyls may be great, but I'm not going to er a test dummy.

I thought this might be your first one. Anyway, the trick we discovered was to make the older kid feel like he's helping. That way, he feels like a big brother and not abandoned. Have him go get a diaper, hold the little one, feed her a bottle, etc. The feeling of being helpful and needed makes the jealousy and resentment go away almost immediately. The down side to this is that they will form a bond, which will soon lead to them ganging up against you!

My experience has been you get what you pay for.
