  1. :drool:Man that's neat! Are those Ivory grips?
  2. I'm kinda partial to these.
  3. Telling that to a fine rifle conisseur is kinda like telling my wife that diamond ring she's wearing is no different than a piece of pot metal with a chunk of creek gravel glued to it.
  4. Looks. I've found nothing stronger than the elcheapo Weaver style rings. Others are much more attractive, but no more functional.
  5. If you don't believe that this bill is not about public welfare, but about government control, I really don't know what to do to help you see the light.
  6. LOL! But this program is goint to save us money!
  7. You all don't see the media turning something like this into a gun totin, bible thumpin, hillbilly bashing ceremony?
  8. Who said you can't?
  9. Ya think?
  10. These were state laws that were placed. If a state wants to mandate health insurance, I'd personally be against it, but I would prefer it to a national mandate.
  11. And then our government would be trying to pass legislation that states auto insurance is a right. Everyone should own a car, and it should be insured. It isn't fair that low income citizens of this prosperous nation should bear the strain of purchasing new brakes and tires. Elderly citizens are having to dscide between paying their cell phone bills and chrome wheels! What a shame! We'll get the evil rich people to pay!!!! There is no difference.
  12. This should be changed as well. Approximately 80% of the people going to an emergency room should be beaten with a garden hose and sent home. If you won't die before morning, you do not need to be in an emergency room.
  13. Are they made of plastic? I have my doubts you will get much for $23.
  14. I'm personally getting more government mandates and higher taxes for the promised ability to keep the coverage I already have, with the insurance company promising to raise my rates dramatically. Is this a good deal for me? I think not.
  15. WHat we have now is not insurance; it is prepaid healthcare risk pools. To solve the problem, we need to get rid of these policies, offer INSURANCE, and make the consumer responsible for everyday healthcare expenses, such as medicines, doctor visits, etc. Does you auto insurance pay for an oil change? Does you homeowner's insurance pay for a new couch? If the actual consumer were more connected to the price of these things, you'd see the price of them go down dramatically.
  16. I have the foresight to know that I'll be taxed to pay for other peoples' healthcare, in addition to my own and that of my family. I also see how incompetent every other government agency is, and do not want that level of ineptness applied to my well being. Further, I foresee that the government will try to control every aspect of my life in the name of healthcare. I see no upside in it for me personally. However, when judging any public policy, I look at it from the standpoint of "will it be good for America?", instead of "what's in it for me?". If more of us did this, I don't think we'd be in the shape we're in now.
  17. I'm sold on Maui Jim.
  18. Fall Creek Falls is beautiful. The whole state is beautiful!
  19. You don't have an all of the above option. Depending on attire, I use a pocket holster, a, OWB, and an IWB holster. But hey....I make holsters. I think we're all still searching for the perfect all occasion holster that does not exist. All in all, the IWB is probably the closest to an all around holster, Followed by the pocket holster. The OWB is by far the most comfortable.
  20. That isn't an old gun, but it is pretty cool. There's one on Gunbroker. The listing says :Made between 1995-2002.
  21. You both have my vote for the office of your choosing. Have you actually seen anybody run for public office with your views?
