  1. If I recall correctly, we used Sno Bowl instead of Drano. The directions that were relayed to me were: Pour some Sno Bowl into a Coke bottle, shred some aluminum foil and put in the bottle, screw on the lid, shake it up, and when it starts smoking; THROW IT!!!!!!!
  2. I make holsters, and this is what I use for pocket carry. Shoot it often, until you can hit with it. It will be more accurate than you'll be able to take advantage of. Pick up a couple of Bianchi Speed Strips and you'll be good to go. As for cleaning, wipe it off with an oily cloth. You really don't need to clean the barrel or chambers all that often. If you have a gunsmith that is knowlegeable about S&W wheel guns, take it to him and let him slick up the action for you. If you have a bit of mechanical ability, you can do it yourself. I'd also remove the lock and plug the lock hole.
  3. Any specific questions?
  4. What happened to your neck?

    MLB

We went to The Great American Ballpark last weekend. It's really nice. I enjoyed watching the Florence Freedom of the Pioneer League the night before just as much as the Reds, however. Baseball is baseball to me. I like it all.
  6. I doubt you'd be sorry with either choice. I'd also agree that the model 60 is a good bargain.
  7. Not sad. If I only had one caliber, that would be it.
  8. It's a 43 Winchester that is a shooter and not a collector. I like it. It is a bit more than a 22 hornet. Brass is expensive, and I had to make up a case trim guage for it. I recently passed on a 92 Winchester in 218 bee. I wish I'd have brought it home.
  9. I bought an Anniversary kit 15 years ago, thinking I'd upgrade as finances got better. Finances have improved, but I've yet to see the need to upgrade. Unless you're loading 1000 rounds per week, I think you'll be more than happy.
  10. The only way to go with straight walled handgun cases.
  11. Mammouth Cave would have to be an option as well as Copenhagen.

    Wow.
  13. I usually won't persue it any further if the seller doesn't list his location under his avatar.
  14. You didn't go to our Wal mart.
  15. This won't help with the ammo availibility problem. Perhaps Obama will pay a visit to Oregon this weekend and write them a check.

  17. If you don't believe me, start a poll on here asking how many who've owned a safe for a while wish it were smaller.
  18. It's quite a struggle sometimes.

  20. Buy one larger than you think you need, and pay for delivery!
  21. Jamie, You work for the state too?
  22. My wife and I took the boys to Cincinatti for a Reds game. While there, we also watched Shrek: The Final Chapter, and also watched a Frontier League baseball game between the Florence Freedom and the Evansville something or anothers. When the National Anthem was sung in Cincinatti, I don't think there was a dry eye in the stadium.
  23. Advertise it for sale on here. What have you got to lose?
