  1. Thanks for the compliments. kb4sn, It took about an hour to make. Sgt. Joe, I do sell a few holsters along, but I'm not sure a 238 would fit the same hole as an LCP. They are molded hard to the pistol, and would need to be pretty much an exact fit. If I ever happen across a Sig 238, I'll be happy to make one for you.
  2. Why do ya think I keep it in my pocket?
  3. So far it is very comfortable.
  4. I call that pretty good shooting; especially with a new, unfamiliar gun.
  5. My precious wife got me an LCP for my birthday. I decided I needed a pocket holster for it. None of the gun stores I checked had any in stock, so I just made one.

    New Toy

Hey! That is sharp. Let us know how it shoots.
  7. The commercial campground sites I've priced around the Smoky Mountains are nearly as expensive as a hotel room.
  8. Antlers and Feathers in Lafayette has a good supply of 380 ammo. Winchester White Box is $18 each. I don't know about the other types.
  9. What happened to the other crazy guy that used to perpetually sue the state and run for governer? I can't remember his name.
  10. Me too! I couldn't put my finger on it. Thanks.
  11. I'll bet that got the attention of the other little birds that were pestering the deer.
  12. Walt, Did you see the engraving on that shotgun? It isn't a basic shotgun. Big money is added as the guns become more embellished. A standard field gun might only bring $1100, but this one should be much more.
  13. Those look great. I always enjoy someone's homemde crafts. Thanks for sharing.
  14. I'll be interested to find out if the gun was ever turned in.
  15. The OP broke the law. The officer enforced the law. The officer has a gun, a bage, and the court system on his side. All I'm saying is why the need to be a jerk about enforcing the law?
  16. He "did nothing wrong?" :shake:I know we're not allowed to make any disparaging comments on this board regarding the almightly LEO, but how much of this crap are you willing to give them a pass on?
  17. 5.11 Tactical Leather Casual Belt 1.5 inch CLOSEOUT These are on sale for $4.95. Fits your under $50 criteria. If I weren't so big around, I'd buy several.
  18. I've met many fine marksmen at gun stores. They really thin out when you get to the range.
  19. What exactly are you wanting? A double layer gun belt, or just a heavy single layer belt? How far is it around you?
  20. Thanks for posting. That would be worth up in the thousands, but I have no idea how much it would go for. 20 guages seem to bring a premium over 12s and 16s. I sorry I can't be of more help, as I wouldn't know how to go about finding out why your friend's background check was denied.
  21. Sounds like BS to me. Try and schedule a trip to the range with them so they can exhibit their exceptional ability and watch the excuses ensue. You did some very, very good shooting.
  22. $3-$5 grand would be my guess, assuming it is all original.
  23. A fine example of a classic handgun and woth quite a wad as well. Thanks for sharing.
  24. Where's the line between thievery and getting a bargain?
