  1. Yeah. you are correct. I'll add her to my list.
  2. Oh, I understand. I'm not saying they made the best desicion. I do think that was a no win situation. They do plenty to pi$$ me off. Sadly however, they're all we've got.
  3. YouTube - The Rent Is Too Damn High Party's Jimmy McMillan at the NY Governor Debate This guy is running against a hooker and Quomo for the Governer of New York. What a choice.
  4. Money talks. It would have looked hypocritical had they shunned him at a grand opening of a very nice range in which he was instrunmental in getting built. They are a one issue group. I think Harry Reid should be deported or tried hand hung for treason, but he did put the NRA in a tough spot.
  5. YOu have me intrigued now. Are you trying to get out of reading it for a class or something?
  6. I can name one *correction-2*: Terri Lynn Weaver Marsha Blackburn If she doesn't stop ringing my phone with automated calls and filling my mailbox with garbage, she'll soon drop off the list as well. How many can you name?
  7. I noticed the NRA refused to endorse either of these a$$bags.
  8. Good one!
  9. I'tll never go anywhere.
  10. Revolvers are hard to beat. They nearly always function. If they don't fire, you simply pull the trigger again. You don't have to hunt for your brass if you reload, and if the unthinkable happens, you don't leave any evidence at the scene. There are no safeties, buttons, mag releases, etc to fool with. Just point and click. The only possible drawback I can find is that they are slightly thicker than some autos.
  11. There's no comparison to me. Antique firearms are awesome. If that thing could talk, I'd love to hear it's stories.
  12. SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET!!!!!! To be honest, I once had one in 22LR, and it never faied to fire. Furthermore, it was accurate beyond belief.
  13. None of your examples are specified rights in the U.S. Constitution. The right to keep an BEAR arms is.
  14. 21 for handgun. 18 for rifle. I usually tell them I eat them.
  15. Have you considered an NEF single shot? They are very affordable, accurate, and darn near indestructable. With your $400 budget, you should be able to get one complete with scope and ammo.
  16. PM sent. No hurry for the reply. Best wishes for you and your son.
  17. Thanks for sharing. You can never be ready for all possible situations, but you've given me one more to consider. I guess I'm the opposite of a lot of people here. When something odd happens at my house, I'm more curious than alarmed. That might get me hurt one day.
  18. Wive's are trouble sometimes, but in all seriousness, I wouldn't know what to do without mine.
  19. Link, I know nothing about you except for the things I've seen you post here. I see a pattern of paranoia in many of your posts. Please don't take offense to this, because it is simply an observation from a detached third party. Your wife might have noticed this as well. If so, I would expect it might make her a bit agitated.
  20. The best post I've read in a long time. I love your heart and wish more people shared your views. That's just awesome!
  21. You have to learn to pick your battles, man.
  22. Two things I see: 1)Would it be possible to make the stock any more hideous looking? 2)How's the trigger? I have an H&R 058 Topper with a 20 guage barrel and a 30-30 barrel. If I told you how well it shot, you'd call me a liar. However, the trigger is HORRIBLE in that gun. I wonder if the Rossi's don't have the same $2 shotgun trigger. Short of that, I like the idea of a cheap single shot with interchangeable barrels. You rarely hear of anyone having any mechanical issues with them, and they're quite affordable and easy to get rid of if you decide they aren't for you.
  23. I keep a few cases of bottled drinking water. When I buy more, I just put it on the bottom of the stack.
  24. Sorry. In the pictures, the sight in the top picture looks shorter.
  25. Thanks. I do appreciate your help.
